Great Location!

Comfortable, clean, and central location to explore Joshua Tree and Palm Springs! Quiet neighborhood, comfy beds, roomy home and nice backyard area to see the stars and relax in the sun. Lots of good restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Very enjoyable experience!

Lovely Stay in Yucca Valley

The home was well stocked and incredibly clean. It was a short drive to the park and had easy access to the main strip of shops in Yucca Valley. Winston and his team were incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Great customer service and I look forward to another stay.

Plenty of space for family

This was my family's first trip to Joshua Tree and we loved it! The home was clean with lots of room for everyone. My kids loved the hammocks and hot tub. The property has all the amenities you need; dishes, trash bags, soap, towels, etc and they are not stingy with them. It is not the most elegant or trendy home, but it's plenty comfortable and clean!

Good Place/Affordable/Beautiful

We stayed late April to enjoy Joshua Tree, the hot tub was in good condition along with the rooms and appliances. The hosts were very kind and allowed us to utilize all of the amenities including the hammocks which made for a more relaxing time. They were very accommodating, and immediately texted us to ask if everything was ok. Consider this place if you’re looking for an affordable, clean, and nice place to stay when in Yucca/Joshua Tree

Quiet retreat

We enjoyed staying at this property close to Joshua Tree. It was a convenient location being close to many restaurants and stores plus the park itself. The neighborhood was quiet and the house was a nice place to unwind after a day of hiking. My only negative is that we didn't know ahead of time that the washer was broken and the front door took us a few tries to figure out how to get the lock to line up. Otherwise, it was very nice!

We are glad you enjoyed your stay! The washer issue was beyond her control unfortunately that happened the day of your arrival and we got it fixed as soon as possible.

Comfortable stay overall

There were ample supplies and cooking utensils. very clean. Beds were comfortable. House looked like the pictures online. the only thing was the lack of response from the first night when we had some questions. there were a few different numbers i had to try in order to get someone to answer me. other than that great stay!

This guests claims are completely false. Everything in the house is in perfect condition. Furthermore, this guest asked us for things that were not on the listed amenities and as a courtesy we offered to pay for anything else’s they needed. We did not have to do this. As far as changing batteries we asked the guests if they could pick up some at the store and they said it was not a problem. We offered to have housekeeping do it but they declined. This guest got an amazing discount rate and we were in constant communication throughout their stay. If they were not satisfied at any point, they should have let us know at the time and we would have done what was needed to help. It is a low blow to try and accuse us of wrongdoing when this is not the case. Any issues this guest had should have been mentioned during their stay. I guess we will never understand why some people are never happy no matter how much we do to accommodate them and provide 5 star service!
