Cocoonr is offering this charming flat for rent, which was refurbished in November 2024. It is situated at the highest point of the Valmeinier resort in a 3-star residence, the Le Chamois building, with mountain views and ski slopes within walking distance. With a floor area of 38 m², it can accommodate up to 6 guests.
On the 3rd floor (with a lift), it comprises a lovely 20 m² living room, a fitted kitchen, two bedrooms, a shower room and a balcony. You’ll also have access to the communal swimming pool, situated 200 metres from the building.

Layout of the accommodation:
- A 20 m² living room with a smart TV, two sofa beds and a table seating 6–7 people
- A fully fitted kitchen including: a built-in oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, an induction hob, a Nespresso coffee machine, an electric kettle, a toaster, a raclette machine, a fondue set…
- Bedroom 1: a double bed (160×200) with an Emma Hybrid mattress and a new bed base, and a fitted wardrobe
- Bedroom 2: a bunk bed and a fitted wardrobe
- A shower room
- A separate toilet

Outdoors:
- A 7.5 m² balcony with views of the ski slopes, perfect for enjoying sunny days

Communal facilities:
- A heated swimming pool shared with several blocks of flats, situated 200 m from the flat. The swimming pool is open from 1 July to 31 August (opening dates are not binding and are subject to change by the resort).
- Access to a sauna by booking and for a fee.

As the highest ski resort in the Maurienne region, Valmeinier has everything to delight winter sports enthusiasts of all kinds. Whether you’re a fan of downhill skiing or snowboarding, the Galibier Thabor ski area and its 160 km of slopes between Valmeinier and Valloire will enchant you.

Skiing in Valmeinier also guarantees incredible panoramic views from the slopes. Once you reach an altitude of 2,000 metres, look up to admire the spectacular Aiguilles d’Arves in the distance.

You can also enjoy all the shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and the resort’s Carrefour Montagne, all situated right at the foot of the building.

The ESF office is also situated right at the foot of the building, where you can book and purchase your ski passes. It is also the meeting point for all ski lessons.

Transport:
If you choose to come by car, you can park for free in the public car park at the foot of the building.

As for other modes of transport, here is some information that you may find useful:
- Grenoble railway station: approximately 1 hour 50 minutes by car
- Grenoble Alpes Isère Airport: approximately 2 hours 15 minutes by car
- Free shuttle bus that circles the resort, stopping at the foot of the building.
