Amazing beach view, we loved that you can fall asleep to the sound of the waves. Older/dated condo, very clean and in great working order. Wonderful views of the ocean, beach, and pier and great location next to many walkable restaurants and shopping. Host was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We would definitely stay there again next time we come through San Diego!

Fantastic Location!

We brought our family of 6 (4 kids aged 2-9) for a quick 3 night stay to get away and introduce our kids to the ocean. We could not have asked for a better location! The kids got to see the water constantly, and when they got tired at the beach, home was just a short walk away! We even got to wake up to a fishing boat right off shore, bringing in its net with seals and dolphins swimming around sharing the catch! it was very exciting for the kids.The condo was very clean, and orderly, and while the kitchen is a little out of date, it is well stocked for our needs. it has a TV in each room, while no bed is the same as home, we thought it was quite comfortable.

Great location and price

The place could use some TLC.. does have comfortable couch and beds which are newer. Nice having 3 balconies. This unit does not sleep 6 and only a single air mattress was provided which didn’t hold air. Write up needs updated. Didn’t receive check in or out instructions but was able to contact host about check in.

Amazing Location!

This property is perfectly situated in the heart of Pacific Beach! The views from both bedrooms and the living room are amazing! This condo is right on the Pacific Beach boardwalk and only steps from the sand & sea. The king beds and couches were spacious and comfortable. It’s very nice to have a bathroom in each bedroom. The condo itself is outdated and worn (especially the carpet and cabinets), but this did not impact our stay. There are multiple fans in the unit and a few beach chairs, though no beach towels or other amenities like shampoo/conditioner. We were very happy with our visit and will book this unit again if we have the opportunity!

Amazing views!

The views were worth the stay! This property is right on the beach and provides spectacular views of sunset.The neighborhood is really cute and there are plenty of places to eat. There’s also a grocery store about a block and a half away.The building is older, and is in need of some upkeep. But it appears that those changes are on their way. Don’t plan to use the hot tub until they update it.

Great location and breathtaking sunset!

I appreciate Ron walking me through the check in process. The place was clean and comfortable.Enough towels and blankets were available for us to use. The rooms were spacious and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had the best view to watch the sunset from the balcony. Every room had a balcony. I just would like to suggest a coat rack or wall hanger for jackets by front door. And hooks or bars in the bathrooms to hang the towels to dry.This location is walking distance to many restaurants. And the underground parking was nice to have as well. There's no central heating and air but it was nice to find two portable heaters when we stayed last December. I recommend this place for a small family.We are considering coming back. Thank you for the great memories!

Fantastic stay

Our stay in Ron's condo was fantastic. It is exactly as pictured and did not disappoint. Its location is convenient to many restaurants, shops and groceries - all within easy walking distance. The views of the ocean from all three decks were amazing. After getting through the arrival process and getting into the parking garage, we were quite pleased with the accommodations in the condo. Our first pleasant surprise was a security door at the condo entrance. It allowed us to feel safe while leaving the front door open for a wonderful cross breeze. The living room had a beautiful new leather sofa and loveseat. And previous reviews to replace the mattresses did not go unheeded. The new mattresses were very comfortable. One recommendation would be to have instructions for the TV to avoid misusing the 3 different remotes. We would definitely stay again.

Girls getaway

The unit was everything! Split floorpan! The views were amazing. Woke up every morning to the sounds of the waves crashing. Steps to the sand. Sitting on one of the 3 balconies just people watching and enjoying the sights and sounds was Heaven! I hope to be back . The parking was a HUGE perksomeday soon!

Great place

There was one issue in the master bathroom where the outlet did not work and in the bedroom the outlet on the floor to the right of the dresser was very lose. We loved the location and the views were spectacular. Also if possible you may want to put another hair dryer in the 2nd bathroom. Thanks agin for a great 40th wedding celebration.

We had a wonderful stay at See the Sea. The property had the ocean views and sounds I was looking for. It is conveniently located to access the beach, boardwalk,shopping, and restaurants. We would definitely stay again if vacationing in the area.

The view was wonderful and the location was great. We had plenty of room for 3 adults. However the property is in need of some tlc. I was disappointed when I first arrived because the property looks run down. The lobby was ok not much to talk about but the elevator did not make a good first impression! Why is there carpet on the ceiling? The unit was mostly clean accept for the stains on the carpet. The new couches were nice but the overall feel of the place just felt old.
