Absolutely great place in a great location. Everything you need is within walking distance. The unit was spotless and the kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook. The host was very responsive and super friendly. He made sure everything went smoothly. My only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend in the area. 5 stars for sure

Perfect stay in Pacific Beach

The property is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants & a short drive to local attractions. Gary was an excellent host. The unit was VERY clean & was like a home away from home.

Beautiful Beach Property

Returned, yet again, to this beautiful condo in Pacific Beach!! The place is gorgeous, always immaculate, beds are incredible comfy (sleep like a dream) and the bedding is high end! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to make meals if you choose. The owner was incredibly helpful too. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. I recommend renting bikes downstairs, eating at Kono’s and spending a day at Belmont Park! HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back again!

This place is in a great location. Nearby restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beach. The only downside is the loud bar nearby, but the owner was very upfront about it and we just wore ear plugs at night!

We had an amazing stay! We enjoyed sitting out on the patio, people watching and enjoying the cool weather and ocean views. The best part was waking up the smell of Kono’s Cafe from across the street. Perfect location!

Great location! Perfect beach vibe and easy access to restaurants and nice walks. Very honest and direct info provided about local bar scene. Too late night and loud for my tastes when in condo, but again location is top notch

Glad this guest enjoyed the location with all the great amenities within a few steps. As mentioned in this review, I am very direct about this location being for the young at heart in the So Cal beach scene with three pleas to not book or cancel if noise might be an issue.

Another great stay!

This is our second time staying in this condo. We enjoyed it so much last time that we decided to stay again a year later. The condo is very comfortable and well-stocked and the location is perfect. The owner is super easy to communicate with and very friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again next time we’re in the area.

Love this place!

We are return renters to this beautiful condo and truly feel like it’s a little piece of home away from home. When the bed is right…and it is truly so comfortable with great sheets and bedding…it’s easy to feel at home. We love that so many great restaurants are in walking distance but if you choose to stay in; the kitchen is fully stocked and so so easy to cook in! The view of the ocean is unbelievable and the sound of ocean waves at night is so peaceful. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway with luxurious amenities.

The accommodation was fine…. The location great 👍 It was unfortunately a bit noisy with the bar across the street…. We were aware of it with the listing so it didn’t bother us too much…. It does get fairly noisy at night… Overall enjoyed our stay there…

Wonderful property and location!

Our stay at Gary’s property was excellent! The condo was spacious and welcoming. The balconies had a beautiful view of the ocean! We were in walking distance of shops, restaurants and entertainment. Thank you Gary for a wonderful mini Christmas vacation! We have already booked another stay at his condo and can’t wait to go back!!

Perfect Stay!

The rental is beautiful. The interior is very well appointed and the location is perfect, just steps from the beach. We had some live music across the street on the weekends, but it was minimal with the doors closed. We just enjoyed the noise! Gary was a great host. I will definitely stay there again!
