I would definitely recommend this location and owner. There was so much to do within walking distance. However, be aware that the noise level from the bar across the street is significant.

Beautiful Beach Property

Returned, yet again, to this beautiful condo in Pacific Beach!! The place is gorgeous, always immaculate, beds are incredible comfy (sleep like a dream) and the bedding is high end! The kitchen is well stocked and easy to make meals if you choose. The owner was incredibly helpful too. Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and activities. I recommend renting bikes downstairs, eating at Kono’s and spending a day at Belmont Park! HIGHLY recommend this place. We will be back again!

Perfect stay in Pacific Beach

The property is in a great location within walking distance of many restaurants & a short drive to local attractions. Gary was an excellent host. The unit was VERY clean & was like a home away from home.

Love this place!

We are return renters to this beautiful condo and truly feel like it’s a little piece of home away from home. When the bed is right…and it is truly so comfortable with great sheets and bedding…it’s easy to feel at home. We love that so many great restaurants are in walking distance but if you choose to stay in; the kitchen is fully stocked and so so easy to cook in! The view of the ocean is unbelievable and the sound of ocean waves at night is so peaceful. The owner responds quickly and is very accommodating! We will definitely return and highly recommend to anyone looking for a great beach getaway with luxurious amenities.

Amazing Location!!

We cannot rave enough about Gary and the condo. It is tightly secured and has underground parking. If I had one complaint it would be the parking situation. You can tell it’s an older building and we drove a Suburban it was tight but we fit in the stall after a little finagling. The location is hard to beat and most anything you could need is within walking distance. The food that is nearby is a definite must. Breakfast Republic and 710 Bar & Grill Club were two of our favorites. The beach access for us was second to none. It is right behind the building from the condo balcony and there is a great view from the balcony. Overall, a 5 star stay for sure.

This place is in a great location. Nearby restaurants and shops. Steps away from the beach. The only downside is the loud bar nearby, but the owner was very upfront about it and we just wore ear plugs at night!

Lovely place

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and the unit is beautiful and well stocked. There is a great ocean view and it is right on the walking path on the ocean for nice long walks or visits to the beach or pier. There are lots of restaurants and things to do within easy walking distance right outside the door. Be aware that Pacfic Beach is a mecca for young people and can be noisy, and the building itself is quite old but very clean.

Excellent rental experience from start to finish!

What a lovely stay we had. The location is incredible. So much to see and do and just the warm homey vibe of the condo with the views was the best. What stood out the most was the personal touch of our host Gary. It was obvious he was genuinely invested in our overall experience. Stellar service and experience all around. We will be back!!

Pacific beach is the perfect location

The condo was in the best location. The fans in the apartment cooled every room. Beds were very comfortable as well as all the linens. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies. We didn’t use them but there was a ample variety of games for all ages.

Home Away From Home!

My daughter and I stayed at this condo as a vacation for us before she began her first year attending college. SD has forever been our favorite place to visit and thankfully we came across this listing. From the get-go, Gary was extremely thorough and easy to communicate with. Upon our arrival, the condo was clean and WELL supplied with items we may need. The views from both the living area and master bedroom were stunning. The beds were very comfortable and the provided fans were enough to drown out any noise from below and kept us cool. There were so many things to see and do within walking distance, we hardly drove at all! It’s clear that Gary puts immense care into his property and his guests. We will DEFINITELY book again in the future and can’t wait to return! Thank you, Gary, for providing such an amazing place for our “mom and daughter” vacay!!

5 Star Condo in a 5 Star Location <3

Gary's condo is absolutely 5 star. It is well-appointed, comfortable, safe and in a ridiculously great location. It is right on Pacific Beach with a great view of the ocean from the condo decks and from the communal deck where the hot tub is tucked away. The hot tub jets are strong. :) Both beds were extremely comfortable. Great mattresses, pillows and sheets. The hot water in the shower was impressive. The kitchen had many appliances and utensils that we didn't end up using, but on another trip I might plan to cook more. Why would you though with so many great restaurants? We ate at Konos twice, which was awesome. Just know that you can eat outside across the street from where you order, right on the water at one of Konos outdoor patios, which we didn't realize until our last day. I loved watching the surfers and everyone on the beach path in front of the condo. Can't wait to return to beautiful San Diego and will absolutely say here again. Thanks, Gary!

My Wife and our friends that stayed with us really enjoyed the overall location of this property.. Great views of the beach and walking down the coast taking in the Beach and all the Great shops and restaurants nearby!! Gary ( The Host ) was awesome to work with and had great info to enhance our stay!! The Condo was nicely appointed, clean and updated !! In the heart of it all

A very nice condo within steps to the beach and in the center of the night life. Very comfortable accommodations with well equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable with one large bedroom and one smaller bedroom. It was nice to have a secure garage, no on street parking.
