Welcome to our SoCal paradise! Perfectly located oceanfront retreat right on Pacific Beach. Home to world-class surfing spots, Board Walk & the famous Crystal Pier. Take a stroll along the beach or explore all of the one of a kind shops, renowned eateries, distinctive boutiques & iconic venues that make this city so unique. Minutes to San Diego Zoo, Gaslamp, SeaWorld, Belmont, La Jolla, Balboa & more. You will love this home away from home in the heart of Pacific Beach!

The space
You will love this quiet unit with living room views of the ocean! This recently upgraded and fully furnished throughout, private 2 bedroom home includes a fully appointed kitchen with all appliances including stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, refrigerator and microwave. Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful new crisp linens, pillows and bed coverings. Spacious living room has extra sleeping space with a new comfy sofa. Smart 75 inch Flat Screen HDTV with Bose Sound System, free high-speed WiFi connection, patio with ocean views, assigned garage parking, elevator in building for easy access, hot tub and the best beach location San Diego has to offer. Both bedrooms have their own air conditioners — a rare bonus in Pacific Beach! While PB usually enjoys a cool ocean breeze, there are a handful of humid or hot days during the year when you’ll be glad to have AC. It’s the little comforts like this that make our place a great choice, ensuring you stay cool and relaxed no matter the weather. Whether you’re here for summer fun, fall sunsets, or a spring getaway, we’ve got you covered for a comfortable stay.

We absolutely LOVED Gurbani’s place! It was an amazing location and the property was easy to access. The rooms and bathrooms were clean, the beds were SO comfortable, and the ACs and fans in the rooms worked extremely well so no one was overheating at night. We also really appreciated the other included amenities - we didn’t have a car but we thought it was fantastic to have parking offered, considering the area. In true beach house fashion it was sometimes a bit warm in the apartment, maybe a little humid, but as mentioned, the fans were a great and solid help when we were hanging out in the living room. Gurbani was very kind and responsive but wasn’t over communicative as some hosts can be (where you’re responding to messages your entire trip). I loved this spot, I can’t recommend it enough!

Overall we enjoyed our stay very much. The location was very convenient to grocery store, restaurants and shopping! Really great restaurants!!! The place could definitely use some updating but was clean. The hot tub was not available for most of our stay which was disappointing. A heated pool would be amazing as the water temp in the ocean is so cold!

Our host was very nice. The location of the unit is excellent being right on the beach and close to many restaurants options. The beds were comfortable. Our only issue we had was a foul odor coming from the master bathroom plumbing/toilet. We made this aware to the host but it was unable to get resolved during our stay. Other than that, our visit was pleasant.

The location of the condo was great! The boardwalk and beach are steps away. The space was perfect for our family of 4. The extra fans and air conditioner in the bedroom were great for sleeping. There was a minor issue with the fan in one of the bathrooms, which we relayed to the owner. The owner is quick to respond with questions and such. We would stay here again.

Location, location, location. This unit is in the perfect place on PB- close to everything. Each bedroom had its own bathroom. The kitchen was small but well supplied.

This is a great property in a fantastic location on the beach. We enjoyed watching the sun set from the condo every evening and listening to the crashing of the waves. It was useful to have free parking and a guaranteed parking space in the garage. The kitchen was well stocked and there are plenty of shops nearby. Communication with the owner was very good both before and during our stay.
