Welcome to our 4 bedroom, 3 full bath, lakefront home located in the private gated community of Lake Arrowhead. We are beautifully nestled in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains and a short one hour drive to Atlanta.

Enjoy swimming, sunbathing and fishing right off the dock.

THE HOME:

The home includes wifi, basic cable, a gas grill with propane tanks, all linens, new furniture and a brand new washer and dryer. The kitchen is fresh with new appliances, stocked with dinnerware for inside and outside dining. Keurig coffee makers are located on both levels.

For water fun there are 2 kayaks, a stand-up paddle board, a hydro bike, a canoe, as well as a pedal boat for 2 for your enjoyment.

For indoor fun we have a PlayStation, a shuffleboard table and plenty of games and puzzles.

Inside the gated community, enjoy golf, hiking, swimming and tennis.

We sleep 8, with 1 King and 3 Queen beds.

The Master bedroom has a private bath and is located on the main level. An additional Queen bedroom is located on the main level and utilizes the common space bathroom.

Two Queen bedrooms are located on the lower level, along with an additional full bath.

Each bedroom has it's own TV. All TVs are smart TVs and multiple apps included such as Netflix and Hulu. Bring your log-in!

The main level consists of the kitchen and great room, dining area with seating for 8, laundry closet, Master bedroom suite, 2nd bedroom and full bath. Both bedrooms and great room have glass doors accessing the screened-in porch. The screened in porch features new outdoor furniture with a dining table for 6.


The lower level has a great room with a 60" inch Smart TV with PlayStation, a shuffleboard table and a game table. There are two Queen bedrooms and a full bath (tub/shower combo) as well. Also the lower level has a mini fridge and Keurig for your convenience. The great room accesses the lower level porch with adirondak seating and rocking chairs.

Enjoy the massive fire pit on cool evenings. Bundle up in the adirondaks with serape blankets. Roast marshmallows and enjoy outdoor games.

BOAT RENTAL:

Available for rent is a 25 foot SanPan pontoon boat for experienced boaters. It is available for $250 per day or rent for the full week at $1000. Boat comes with fuel to start your week. The boat seats 8 comfortably and has a 150 hp motor.

(Lake Arrowhead covenants do not allow visitors to bring their own boats to the lake.)

COMMUNITY ACCESS:

Lake Arrowhead has two community swimming pools, tennis courts and a golf course. There is also a restaurant in the Clubhouse, with great food and a casual atmosphere.

RENTAL INFO:

Minimum age to rent is 30 years old.

Property is available for less than 7 day rentals during non-peak times. Please inquire.

Our home is a PET FREE and NON-SMOKING home. There are no exceptions. We do this to be mindful of our guests with allergies. Thank you for your understanding.

NOTE: We have multiple Security Cameras on the exterior of the home. This is for our protection as well as yours. The cameras are only on the outside. There are NO cameras inside the house.

Relaxing Stay in the Cove

We enjoyed staying at this wonderful property for three nights while attending a family event in Canton. The property is accurately listed. We loved sitting on the screened in porch and watching the wildlife. We would definitely stay here again.

Awesome vacation!

We visited Georgia for a Baseball tournament at Lakepoint sports, it was about a 40 minute drive from the house. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. Our teenagers enjoyed the visits from the deer. They even fed them strawberries. The Lake toys kept everyone entertained. The kitchen was very well stocked with anything you would need. Our favorite rental house we have stayed in!

Excellent stay!

This home is a gem! It’s clean, well stocked, well organized, comfortable, and spacious! The location on the lake is ideal for swimming, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and floating. The neighbors are friendly and kind. I can’t say enough good things about it! We loved it so much we rebooked it for next year!

Fantastic week in a beautiful home

We were extremely impressed with this new rental! The house is beautifully decorated, in a great spot on the lake, and very well-appointed. Kellie and family have paid close attention to detail. It’s clear they take pride in making their guests’ stay enjoyable! The screen porch, easy access to the dock and lake, and fire pit were three family favorites. We’ll definitely be back!

I can’t say enough about this property and the owners. We didn’t need anything for our visit. The owners have well stocked this home right down to the margarita machine. The home is well maintained, beautifully decorated and very clean. We were visiting with our children and grandchildren and there was plenty of room for everyone. Lovin' Lake Arrowhead!

BASEBALL PARENTS (and everyone else), your search is over! Now use the time I just saved you to research some new gear, rewrap a bat grip or whatever because this is the one. Max 40min drive to LakePoint, which for us is like going from our house to a complex across KC for a local tournament, so no big deal. And WELL worth it anyway!! No detail overlooked! There's so much to enjoy from the spacious interior (LOVE the huge screened-in porch) on rainy days to WOW....the lake and everything outside - including all the deer that were so fun to watch! We were also able to rent the pontoon to get to a great swimming cove (complete with rope swing) off the lower portion near the dam and make several laps around to admire the beautiful houses and scenery. Don't forget to hike a trail or two, either! The only thing we didn't do was fire up the firepit. The wood was already arranged in there and everything! We'll just have to do that next time...You know it's a magical place when your 2 parents, 2 step-parents, spouse and 2 kids are all comfortable and get along for 8 straight days!! Also, being Chiefs Season Ticket Members we felt right at home on Lake Arrowhead... So yes, it was the perfect setting for our last summer ball family vacation.

This house is beautiful, comfortable and clean. Of, course the lake is gorgeous, too! It could have rained all week and we still would have had an enjoyable, relaxing get-away. The owners have gone above and beyond to stock the house with needful and comfort items such as first aid kit, throw blankets, beach towels. I could go on & on! They were quick to respond to any questions. We will definitely be back. I can't wait!!!

Best Lakehouse Ever!

Honestly one of the very best homes I have had the pleasure of staying in throughout all of my 20+ years renting thru VRBO. The home is immaculate, the furnishings are exceptional and the home is fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. The location of the home - in a quiet cove - makes for a great time on the lake. Plus all the water toys are provided for your use. Make sure and rent the pontoon boat for the full lake experience. Lake Arrowhead is a wonderful place to visit. The development is beautiful and top notch - 2 pools (although we used the lake), golf (very reasonable fees), parks, trails, clubhouse/restaurant and marina. In addition, the owner, Kellie, is the ultimate host. She is very attentive to the needs of her guests and goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is perfect. It is truly a place where great memories are created and you will want to return to often. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Family time, Baseball, and Lake Life

Absolutely Fantastic! We would stay everyday and twice on Sunday! We loved everything about this home, the gated community, the amenities, the deer, the lake, and of course the Hosts. Graduation Celebration

Our family celebrated our grandson’s high school graduation and we had a wonderful time. Our home was fully equipped with everything we needed. The owner responded immediately to our text and even voluntarily gave us a partial refund because of the inconvenience of losing power and internet. We’ve stayed in many places , this by far was the best equipped place we ever stayed.

My Daughter's Wedding Weekend Celebration

If I could give a 20 star rating, I would! The place was amazing. Out of all the VRBOs that our family rented, this one was the best! Some of the VRBOs in the area have a modern look inside; but when you opened the door to this one, it reminded you of a North GA cabin in the mountains. It was gorgeous and spacious! Downstairs was like another apartment. I could talk all day on how I loved this VRBO. Even the outside was perfect. Loved the flat area where they had a huge firepit and dock and boats to use. We also had plenty of parking. But the best thing out of a wonderful long weekend was the owners. They were so kind and very helpful. I had some friends who visited us get the info so they could rent this place. I definitely will! Thanks for everything.

From the minute we drove down the driveway, we knew we were going to have a great weekend. The house was perfect. The owners have everything covered. All the necessities. The kitchen was fully equipped with a great size refrigerator. Back yard had a beautiful fire pit, plenty of seating, dock, water toys and a boat. Truly a wonderful week celebrating my son's wedding at nearby Lewallen Farms. I would recommend this property and sure i would return there someday myself.

Our family has been visiting Lake Arrowhead since the 1980's. My love for Lake Arrowhead began when I was a teenager, spending summer days and nights with all my friends boating here. My sister and I are lucky enough to have extended our love of this lake to our 6 children and now can share with all of you. We love to bunk up in the home and cook, talk, play games and enjoy the surrounding peace.
