- Personal watercraft are not allowed on-site. Boat and kayak rentals are available through the community
- No fishing license is required to fish at the community lake
- Due to the property's dense forested setting, please be aware that bugs and other wildlife may occasionally be found inside or outside the unit, especially if doors and windows are left open. This includes palmetto bugs, crickets, scorpions, ants, bees, wasps, and snails. The property is treated by a pest control company on a monthly basis to mitigate any issues. Deer, black bears, and raccoons are active in the area; please avoid leaving any trash or perishable items outside as they may approach the deck. Other wildlife in the area includes possums, bobcats, foxes, boars, hogs, squirrels, flying squirrels, otters, lizards, birds, frogs, and snakes
