Pet-friendly 16 Ocean Block Rehoboth Beach Cottage
Old is new again in this charming ocean block beach cottage which has been entirely refurnished with new kitchen and bathrooms. Decor has been updated throughout with a timeless beach aesthetic. The kitchen is stocked with all the items you'll need to turn out a gourmet meal. New amenities complement the classic attributes of this 1930's-era cottage. Included: Screen porch/outdoor shower/beach chairs, towels & cart/bath and bed linens/chef-ready kitchen.
OCEAN BLOCK LOCATION:
-The beach and boardwalk are just 500 feet away
-Funland 3/10 of a mile
-Downtown Rehoboth Beach 4/10 of a mile.
PET POLICY: Additional $50 per day fee. Dogs only; 2 dogs max. Please email host at info@cooper-cottages.com after booking. Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or expense caused by their pet. Guests agree to: 1 - Keep their pet under control at all times. 2 - Keep their pet restrained, but not tethered, when it is outside their dwelling. 3 - Adhere to local ordinances, including leash and licensing requirements. 4 - Not to leave their pet unattended for any unreasonable periods. 5- Clean up after their pet and to dispose of their pet's waste properly and quickly. 6- Keep their pet from being unnecessarily noisy or aggressive and causing any annoyance or discomfort to others and will remedy immediately any complaints made through the Manager. 7- Refrain from allowing pets on furniture.

Check-In: 4:00 PM / Check-Out: 10:00 AM. No early check-ins or late check-outs during summer season or without prior authorization. Progressive fees may apply for all guest remaining in units past 10AM.
PARKING POLICY
May 15-Sept 15, 2023 - VALID REHOBOTH BEACH TOWN PERMITS REQUIRED FOR ALL STREET PARKING. We provide parking for 2 cars. Depending on your cottage you will have designated private off-street parking and/or parking permits. Permits are required in-season (May 15-Sept 15, 2023). Parking is free during off-season (Sept. 16, 2022 -May 14, 2023). By parking a vehicle at our facility, you (and your guests) are doing so on your own accord. The cottage does not take responsibility or accept liability for parking violations, damage, accident or loss to your vehicle or personal property. We reserve the right to tow vehicles. Parking permits must be returned prior to check-out. $300 fee per tag for missing or lost permits.

Cooper Cottages is a smoke-free vacation. No smoking in any spaces under the roof of the cottage; including all porches and areas near other cottages. A $500 smoking fee will be charged for violations and guest(s) may be asked to vacate the property.
MINIMUM AGE POLICY
All guests must be 21 years or older to confirm accommodations at Cooper Cottages. A valid photo ID must be presented at the time of check-in for age verification. CLEANING POLICY Room refreshes will not be offered during stays. Washer/dryer units are in each cottage. Extra cleaning fees may apply if house rules aren’t followed.

No events, parties or loud or unruly permitted on premises. Quiet hours are 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Multiple violations and guest(s) will be asked to vacate the property.

Cooper Cottages were built in the 1930s and have been lovingly maintained over almost a century by three generations of the Cooper family. They are one of the last surviving examples of how vacationers first enjoyed the beaches of Rehoboth.
We believed these cottages offer a unique experience and deserved to be preserved for future generations.
Rehoboth Beach has seen a great deal of redevelopment. Many of the historic cottages and dwellings have been razed to accommodate new mcmansions tailored to the vacation rental market.
In 2021, Cooper Cottages underwent a complete renovation designed to bring together the best in coastal comfort, the quaintness of our beach community, and mid-century vintage accents that honor the legacy of these historic cottages.
Swing on your screened porch on a summer night. Play a record on the turntable. Stroll the nearby beach & boardwalk. Simple pleasures abound.
