Long Beach Resort Tower 2 Unit 703 is a "First Choice" for families and friends looking for the perfect location in their next Panama City Beach vacation rental condo selection. This 2 Bedroom 2 bath condo also has a sleeper sofa and can sleep 8 people total. The master bedroom has a King size bed with private bath and also has access to the oversized beachfront balcony. The large second bedroom has 2 Queen size beds, the second full size bath and access to the oversized oceanfront balcony as well. This Beachy Themed oceanfront condo is located on the 7th floor of Tower 2 and provides beautiful beach views for both sunrise and sunset!

Long Beach Resort is located on Front Beach Road and has been selected as a "Top Destination" for PCB vacationers for years! Long Beach Resort is within walking distance of Waffle House, Wal-mart, McDonald's, Hungry Howie's Pizza, Pineapple Willy's, CVS, Dipping Dots, Beach Pizza, Coyote Ugly and other shops and restaurants. The Lagoon Pool at the complex and the Tiki Hut snack bar is a great feature for food and drinks during your relaxing pool day.

The condo is stocked with Bed linens, bath towels, wash clothes, kitchen towels, a couple of garbage bags and starter toilet paper, starter paper towels and courtesy soaps (you restock these items for your group during your stay). The kitchen is stocked with the essential pots and cooking pans, toaster, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, stove and fridge. Renters provide laundry and dish detergent, bath soap replenishment, toilet paper restock and paper items. You get two parking passes with this "Top Destination" Panama City beach vacation rental condo.

Must be 25 and over to rent this beachfront vacation rental condo in Panama City Beach. 2 cars maximum allowed with rental.

CONSTRUCTION DISCLAIMER: Long Beach Resort will have variable construction taking place across the resort from August 2025 to March 2026. From 1/1/2026-2/25/2026, this unit's balcony will be closed and unusable. The Tower 2/3 pool will be closed from 10/20/2025-1/2/2026. The Tower 1/2 pool will be closed from 8/18/2025-10/31/2025

This was by far one of the best places I’ve ever rented! Between the amazing location, the friendly staff, and the perfect condo layout, this trip easily lands in my top ten favorites. The hosts were so responsive to any questions or concerns, and even with some construction happening, everyone we encountered was incredibly kind. We especially loved chatting with Mrs. Nettie, one of the security guards—she was so helpful and sweet! I absolutely loved my time here and can’t wait to come back one day!

Great location! Perfect family getaway!

Condo was exactly as described! Oceanfront balcony was perfect! Cort was very good at communicating and gave us complimentary early check in! Location of property was centrally located to all the hot spots in PCB!

Great Location

The set up of the condo with both bedrooms having ocean view is excellent. Our only issues were with the refrigerator noting cooling very well and the TV in the master bedroom was not user friendly and we could not ever figure it out to view anything on it. A little upgrade to the unit would be nice as well. Would love to stay again though in the future.

Good times

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Property was clean and in a good location. Close to anything we needed. Grand kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool!! Looking forward to a return visit next year.
