家はビーチからわずか8ブロックです-リラックスした15〜20分の徒歩または自転車で、レホボトのダウンタウンにあるすべてのショッピングやレストラン、評判の高いレホボトビーチボードウォークへ。 コンドミニアム複合施設であるエッジウォーターパークは、レホボトルイス運河の正面にあります。 プレミアムアウトレットストアへは車で5分です。 （デラウェア州には消費税はありません。） 新しい4マイルのRehoboth-Lewes自転車道も近くにあります。

ゲート付きマンションには、中央にプールがあります。 ブロック内には大きな遊び場/公園エリアがあり、家の3つのバルコニーから運河を渡って見える。 車で5分以内にウォーターパークもあります。

家は4階建て、3200平方フィートで、家族や友人の居心地の良い集まりに最適ですが、プライバシーも確保できる大きさです。 各フロアには、運河の景色を望むバルコニーまたはパティオがあります。

4階のマスターは約800平方フィートで、キングサイズのベッドとクイーンサイズの引き出し式ソファ、37インチHDTV、ロマンチックな暖炉のある応接間があります。 この部屋には専用バルコニーがあり、木のてっぺんから海を眺めることができます。 豪華なバスにはジャグジータブと独立したフルサイズのスタンドアップシャワーがあります。

3階には3つのベッドルームと2つのバスルームがあります。 1）2番目のマスターには、クイーンサイズのベッド、テレビ、専用バスルーム、専用バルコニーがあります。 2）「サーファー」ルームにはクイーンサイズのベッドとテレビがあり、3）「キッズ」ルームには2段のシングル寝台があります。 ルーム2と3は完全なバスルームを共有します。

エントリレベル/ 1階には、専用バスルーム、クイーンサイズベッド、テレビ、パティオへの引き戸付きの3番目のマスター/ 5番目のベッドルームがあります。

リビングエリアとキッチンは2階にあります。 このメインレベルは、設備の整ったキッチン、大きな断面ソファ、暖炉の上に取り付けられた46インチのテレビを備えたオープンフロアプランです。 リビングルームの外にはグリル付きのバルコニーがあります（2019年の新しいWeber！） パティオ席。

また、エントリーレベルでは、ガレージは子供と大人のためのレクリエーションルームとして設定されています。 雨の日や深夜に備えて、フルサイズのフーズボールとエアホッケーのテーブルが装備されています。 このレベルでは、フルサイズの洗濯機と乾燥機を備えたランドリールームもあります。

インターネットアクセス、5つのベッドルームのうち4つ（二段ベッドルームにはない）のテレビ、フルHDケーブルサービス、子供向けの本、映画、ゲーム、おもちゃを提供しています。

すべてのベッドに枕と掛け布団が用意されていますが、リネン（タオルとシーツ）をご持参ください。

夏のレンタルは土曜日から土曜日までで、チェックインは3時です。 m。午後12時のチェックアウト。

Family time

This place was wonderful for our family vacation. With three generations staying together, it provided the space for all of us to have privacy if we so wanted it. The owner was a delight to deal with. He answered any concerns promptly. It was within walking distance to some shops/restaurants. The Boardwalk was a solid 15/20 min walk but doable. The pool was conveniently located. The parking pass helped us. All in all, one of the nicest places we have stayed in.

Amazing time ! Darren was extremely responsive and helpful. The house was perfect for a family and had everything we needed. The location to the community pool was perfect for us with small kids. We also loved the nearby playground and the beach that was recommended in listing.

Rehoboth Beach

My family and I have been going to Rehoboth Beach for around 12 years. Edgewater is ideal for our large family. The spacious townhouse is what we needed for 13 people. This was a great house. Had extra beach chairs, kitchen was stocked with pots and pans. Location is great. A mile walk to the boardwalk. Only thing I can recommend is hooks in the bathrooms for towels. Great home!

Great for a large family!

This a great townhome in a nice well kept community. At the owners recommendation, we used Deauville Beach for our beach days. We had littles traveling with us so we drove there but could walk or bike there. This beach is not near as crowded and a very nice one! Playground just across the canal which our grandkids enjoyed. Kitchen was equipped with everything we needed. We would definitely consider this property again for our large family.

Our three sons and their families (all now living in California) joined my husband and me (now living in Florida) for a week of memories. We spent summers in Rehoboth for many years and still have extended families in Delaware. It was a great week of reminiscing and enjoying time: bikerides, beach, boardwalk games(and food -- Grotto, Casapula, Louies, Nicola, Dogfish, etc!) together. Condo met our needs perfectly. Family friendly home

We have been going to Rehoboth for years and stayed in many homes, and this one was great for my family of little boys, plus grandparents. There were toys and games to play with, and we were a 3 minute walk away from a great playground with a coffee shop nearby. Easy drive to the beach, and you could also walk if you had time. Darren was also very easy to contact when we had questions and was really helpful. Would definitely recommend!

Great property!

House was clean and great for multiple families staying together. Everyone had their own space and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. Loved being in walking distance of all the shops and restaurants too! Would definitely stay again!

Great place to say in Rehobeth

Absolutely great place to stay in Rehobeth. Right off Rehobeth Ave and close to everything. Place is very spacious, clean and updated appliances. Would highly recommend it for any larger group going to Rehobeth. We had 10 comfortably stay there and all loved it (4 teens along with both sets of grandparents).

Good location but needs a thorough cleaning and some updates

This property is ok but needs a thorough cleaning and could use some updates. It was missing little features like hooks on the back of the doors and no mirrors in the bedrooms. A second refrigerator in the garage would also make a big difference. The coffee table was extremely wobbly and there was not enough comfortable furniture in the main gathering area. The owner/manager was very responsive though and the location is good.

Great large home with a freat location

This house comfortably fit 4 couples and 2 young children with room to spare. We each had our own spot to hide away or to congregate together. The kitchen was well equiped, the pool was a huge hit with the kids, it was a quick drive to the beach (you could walk it, but with the kids and the gear we packed we opted to drive) and we hit 2 local bike trails right from the property every day. We will definitely be looking at this house for our vacation in 2024.

Amazing Rehoboth Townhome

We had an amazing stay at Darren’s property! The townhouse is huge with plenty of space for 3 families (6 adults and 4 young children). The house was clean and exactly as described in the listing . It was an easy walk to everything in Rehoboth. On future trips to Rehoboth, I will definitely be checking Darren’s availability!

Darren could not have been nicer or more responsive. All of our guests raved about the home. The house was just as described and even nicer than the online pictures. The location is wonderful. I absolutely recommend this home!!

Beautiful!

Darren’s house was exactly as described! The location is perfect! We could walk to the beach,restaurants and shopping! It is such a nice quiet community. The house had enough room for the 10 of us to be together or alone. We had everything we needed and more! 5 stars all around for the host and the property! Everyone wants to go back next year!!

Great Multi-Gen Family Home

Our multi-gen family of 5 adults and 4 kids (aged 5 and under) just spent a great week at this large townhome. The 4 separate levels, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms provided ample space/privacy for each of our 3 families. A word of caution: with 4 distinct levels, the home has lots of steps. Baby gates were provided along with many other necessities for small children. Everything we needed, and more, was provided in the house with the exception of towels and bed linens. The house is about a mile from the beach so we found it necessary to drive with the small children and all the “beach accessories”. We were, however, able to walk to a number of the highly recommended restaurants. Two favorites within walking distance: Cultured Pearl and Dogfish Head. Also great breakfast/brunch/coffee spots across the road. We loved the community pool just steps from the door and used the blow-up tubes and noodles provided in the house. The owner was super responsive. He answered texts immediately and was always very helpful. We would definitely recommend this townhouse!

Great location for our family

This was our first stay in Rehoboth. We enjoyed the location of this home and the access to the community pool and playground. We followed the guidance of the host and found the beach that he recommended to be well suited to our multi-generational family.

Great house, Great location

This 4 level townhouse is a great place to stay while at Rehoboth Beach. Located centrally between the beach shops and all the other restaurants/shopping on Coastal Highway, it's easy to get places relatively quickly. Having four showers really comes in handy and the community pool is literally 100 ft from the front door. We had a great vacation and would definitely stay here again.

We are a family of seven. The owners, Darren and Halee, live in Indiana. We have a son, Tristan, who is 27, another son, Joshua, who is 20, and three daughters, Addie, who is 19, Elliana who is 8 and Ivoree, who is 6. For work, Darren and Halee are both owners of boutique Financial Management software consulting companies called IntelliPoint, Inc and Oracon, Inc. respectively. When we're not working, we enjoy spending time with the kids, our extended family, going for walks, running, biking, swimming and traveling.

Having grown up on Cape Cod, Darren LOVES the beach and wanted a place fairly close to home. Halee vacationed in Cocoa Beach, FL as a child and can't get enough of the surf either! Rehoboth offers everything we were looking for to enjoy a wonderful summer vacation, or an off season long weekend with still plenty to do.
