Great stay!

Wonderful place to stay! Great location with easy access to the beach and the trolley stop. Beautiful view of the gorgeous sunsets. Walking distance to bridge street shops and restaurants. House was clean and had everything you can need. Perfect for our family of 4! We loved having the wagon, chairs and umbrella for the beach. We loved our stay and would stay again!!

Family Vacation

This was the perfect spot for our family! We had children ranging from 9m - 4yr and it was great. The short walk to the beach was fantastic and the house is located in a great spot! We will definitely book again!

Couldn't ask for a better location

This is now our favorite Florida spot! This location is right in front of the beautiful ocean and it's not as busy as some other areas. There is also a trolley stop right outside the door. The beds were very comfortable with clean sheets. You are also supplied with beach chairs and a wagon so less packing required.

Anna Maria Island

Communication with property owner was excellent. Property was extremely clean and well maintained. Just a short walk across the road and you are at the beach. Trolley stop is right in front of the property if you don’t want to drive around the island. We enjoyed our stay immensely and will definitely be rebooking in the future.

Location. Location. Location!

This property blew us away! It had everything we needed to have an incredible beach vacation. It was clean and very nicely decorated. It offered a variety of extras for staying on the beach. Like a private outdoor shower and a closet full of beach items like chairs, wagon, umbrella boogie boards etc etc. The kitchen was fully stocked and the fridge had ice/water in door! Now for the best part the beach. A white sand beach right there across the street!!!! Oh and the sunsets… truly breathtaking! We saw dolphins and manatees right there at sunset. Cannot say enough wonderful things about this property. We will be back!!!!

Beautiful property

We were pleasantly surprised by the condo! It was roomy, clean, and so close to the pier & ocean! It also had so many amenities for the beach that we couldn't bring from home that were already in the condo for our use, such as beach chairs, a wagon for the beach, an umbrella, floats, etc. Our family will definitely be reaching out to stay there again!

Great Stay! Would stay again!

Great stay and communication from owners. Only concern was broken glass on mirror in bathroom that was taped and we had two toddlers. Perfect spot!

Highly recommend!

We could not have had a better stay & location than this property. There was plenty of room. Everything clean and convenient. Property manager was always available and responsive. Plenty of beach chairs, towels, and a buggy to pull them in. With parking questionable throughout the area, it was so nice to know we had 2 spots that were ours. With a good bit of construction going on, the view of the beach & sunset were not blocked from our front porch, where it was with so many other properties. The beach is literally 15-20 steps from the front door without having to maneuver around fences as with other properties. We will definitely choose to stay here again when we come back!

Comfortable place in a great spot!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nicely furnished, spacious, comfortable, and loaded with everything you could need/want, including the largest assortment of quality beach toys, equipment, towels, etc. I've ever seen in a rental. If you're looking for a quiet, private, "away from it all" destination, this is not the place for you, but if you appreciate being mere steps from the sand, gorgeous walking trail, restaurants, historic Bridge Street, and lots of things to do, then you will love this place! For a fraction of the price for oceanfront rentals, you're just as close and still have a nice view of the ocean beyond the classic lifeguard stand. It's a 30-second walk to toes in the sugar white sand, crystal clear blue waters, endless sunshine, and breathtaking sunsets. There is some road noise, but it's a non-issue in the bedrooms. And be prepared for some crazy traffic on the weekend. (It's a good idea to make plans to visit the walkable destinations then!) But it's totally manageable during the week.

East Beach Life

Very close to beach and nice beach gear included here with chairs and so much more! Really great towels and sheets. Very clean. (Kitchen could use some more pots and pans for cooking along with sharp knives.) We we cooked a lot! Plastic porch chairs were broken. But we had a fab time and very relaxing. We’d come back for sure!

Perfect Place

What an incredible find on Anna Maria Island!! This was a perfect spot for my family. 20 steps from the beach tucked nicely between the beach and the sound. Short walk to all kinds of great restaurants and shopping. So much space for all of us. So many great amenities, beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, umbrellas and the list goes on and on. Our host was great at answering any of the questions we had very quickly. Our next time going to AMI we will be planning our trip around this property’s availability. If you are visiting Anna Maria look no further than this location. You will not be disappointed.

home away from home

Our stay was a wonderful experience. Very roomy rental with full kitchen, dining area and living room. Nice furniture, beautiful floors and lots of room. Two bed, two bath was perfect for us. Location was perfect.. walking distance from shoppes, restaurants and beach, which was just across the road Bryan texted and asked if was ok for him to stop by to meet with the building inspector to check on the newly installed front door. We had a great conversation with him and learned a bit of history of the rental as well as AMI. We would recommend this location and hope to go again next year.

Perfect for family of four

The house was a great place to vacation with my family of four. All the basics were provided, in addition there were beach chairs, a wagon, and beach toys to haul across the street to the beach. The beach was not crowded, and beautiful. The road outside is busy, but not noisy, and when we had to cross the street, cars were polite and let us cross. We would definitely stay here again!

Only issue we had was the entrance key pad. Worked well for several days then we couldn't get in. Waited about1 hour, then it worked again.

Great location. Walk across the street to the beach. Walk 10 minutes to Bridge Street with multiple restaurants and bar options. Or free trolley bus stop right outside your door to go anywhere on the island. Unit was clean quiet and comfortable

Quiet serenity

Property was quiet and relaxing. Easy access to the beach and not too far from downtown. Overall we were pleased with the property and would stay there again.

Great location

Not a beach front property but close enough. The street out front gets busy but it’s a great location on the island. Walking distance to many places. The cottage is very cute. The beds were very comfortable. There is some construction out on street happening right now(11/2023) but it was still a good place to be. We didn’t use kitchen appliances/supplies because it was a short stay but it looked like they were fully stocked.

I love the area, the clear blue waters, and the location of this condo is the best. Located on the south end of Ana Maria Island, away from all the congestion. The beach is just across the street, next to the park with so many places to see and experience—awesome restaurants and shopping along with the local free trolly that stops just in front of the condo.
