Premier local manager, Destination Paradise welcomes you to “Tropical Haven A”… a poolside resort experience, without the high resort prices!

This 2 bed, 2 bath with additional full sofa bed vacation home is newly remodeled. Look out your window to see the beautiful resort-style backyard with a LARGE heated saltwater pool and baja sun shelf with umbrellas and plenty of seating. This home has an open-concept design with a fully equipped kitchen & bar. Off of the living room guests can enjoy outdoor dining on a spacious private deck overlooking the pool. There is also a fridge, gas BBQ grill and stove and Blackstone flat top for use near the pool and in the pool house kitchen. A pool bathroom is also on the first floor available for all guests. Also poolside is a dining/hang out area with outdoor string lights to set the sunset mood off right.

This is for one side of a duplex with a guest house behind. This listing is for one of those units. Outdoor spaces may be shared with guests of the other 2 units. All units are available to rent together for large families. Look for our listings for A, B, and C (the guesthouse)

“Tropical Haven” is located 2 miles from the beaches of Anna Maria Island and is less than a block to the bus stop. It is also conveniently near several grocery stores, IMG Academy, a movie theater, bowling alley, putt-putt and regular golf courses, fishing, water sports, local entertainment and more.

“Tropical Haven A” can accommodate up to 6 guests with a bedding configuration as follows:
•Bedroom # 1, 2nd Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Bedroom # 2, 2nd Floor: King Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2
•Living Room, 2nd Floor: Full Sofa Bed (1) - Sleeps: 2 children

PET POLICY: This home has a $15/pet/day fee. Aggressive breeds (ie. pitbulls, etc) may not be allowed and will need to be approved by management prior to your stay. If you bring your pet without claiming them on the reservation or by trying to avoid paying the pet fee, a minimum fine of $500/pet will be collected. By making this reservation, you agree to this policy. DOGS ONLY. CATS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

POOL HEATER RULES:
Pool heat temp is set at 83º and runs each day from 7 AM until 7 PM from October 15-April 15. Outside of these dates, the Florida weather will naturally heat the pool.
This pool is heated by a heat pump and is only capable of heating to around 15-20 degrees warmer than the ambient temperature. (If the high for the day is 55, the pool may only be able to reach 75).

A SIGNED DESTINATION PARADISE RENTAL AGREEMENT WILL BE REQUIRED FOR ALL RESERVATIONS.

Very pleased with this stay. Clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the location. It was a little further from Ed Smith Stadium than we are used to but, we loved the area so much we are coming back next year!

Beautiful triplex, the common areas are shared with the other renters. Lovely pool area, with corn hole and a bbq. The unit was very well maintained and laid out.

Quick Trip

The property provided a great way for the whole family to stay together for a wedding planning trip. We were able to utilize one of the great two bed two bath condos as well as the guest house. Good location to Longboat and Anna Maria. Easy check in process and very responsive management.

Great place to stay with lots included!

Becky was a great host and ensured we had what we needed throughout our stay. A great home to stay with kids. It’s close to the beach, dining, shopping, and the home had a lovely pool. Highly recommend and no need to bring beach things, Becky will let you borrow umbrellas, coolers, toys, etc. Will definitely stay aging, thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect weekend getaway

Clean and organized with all that we could need! Use of the chairs and umbrellas made going to the beach a breeze! Quiet neighborhood made relaxing at the pool wonderful! We hope to return in the future!

Great Stay

We went for a soccer tournament. Very convenient to IMG. Property was clean and well cared for. Great amenities within the unit. Pool area was nice as well. Other renters in the other property rental while we were there and no issues with the extre shared spaces.

It was a great time and very nice place

I recently stayed at this property, and it was absolutely fantastic! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The location was perfect, offering pool and easy access to nearby beaches. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing clear instructions and great local recommendations. We especially loved the cozy living space and the outdoor area, which was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. Overall, this was one of the best vacation rentals I’ve experienced, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay. I’m already looking forward to our next visit!

Lovely property that offered all amenities. While info was shared timely from hos about reservation and check in/check out. Tried to email and text the day prior requesting an extra hour to an hour and a half longer and never got a response. Should have called?

Property is further from beaches than advertised. Also our daughter was bitten my dog not on leash at adjacent rental. Dogs by law should be on leash. Can opener and toaster would have been nice. Will not stay here again.

Perfect way to start 2020

Becky and Daryl were perfect hosts and the condo was amazing. Even better than that was the heated outdoor pool and patio that was as big as any pool you would find at a complex. Location was perfect for me and my family - minutes off of Anna Maria Island, shopping and restaurants galore. I was celebrating a late Christmas with my family and I was able to host them all for a cookout with plenty of room to spare and I lacked not one thing I needed to prepare. Thank you Becky and Daryl for everything!!!!! I hope my travel plans enable me to return sooner than later!!!!

Great facilities

The unit was perfect for our needs. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 baths with a beautiful pool and an outdoor grill. We also spent a day at the beach, and everything we needed was available. The beach was a long walk over the bridge so we did drive. My complaint were the washer stopped in the middle of a cycle. When we reached out to management, we did not hear back. We eventually found the circuit breaker, which resolved the issue. Also the neighborhood is really dark at night so I wasn’t able to walk at night like I hoped.

Great Time on our Stay

Our stay at this property was excellent! We thoroughly enjoyed it. The property was very clean, and well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was fully stocked with dishes, utensils, etc. There was detergents for the washer as well as the dishwasher. The pool area was fabulous and we really enjoyed it! There were floats and volleyball net/ball to use at the pool.The location was very convenient to everything for a quick drive to the beach, restaurants, supermarkets, shopping, or anything else you would need. We would definitely rent this unit again, and are even talking about trying to rent the other units all at once to have our family all together for a beach trip. If you're on the fence about renting it - do it! You won't regret it.

Slice of Paradise

Very spacious well appointed rooms! Well maintained and very clean. Great location close to beaches, shopping, restaurants but yet quiet and private. Two master suites each with king size beds and private baths! A true Oasis with a beautiful pool to relax in. The owners are very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. You won’t want your vacation to end! This is a FIVE Star property! Highly recommend!

Relaxing stay

We enjoyed our stay and kids loved the pool. Pool was heated which is a huge plus for smaller children and cooler weather. Comfortable beds and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if available.
