MUST BE 25 to rent. Sandpiper Cove requires you be 25 or older. The guards do check ID and will turn anyone under 25 away. You will not be refunded for underage bookings.

One of the most desirable locations in Sandpiper Cove with 1100 feet of private white sandy beach and only a 2-3 minute walk across the street. Free wireless internet, flat-screen TV, queen bed, and a pull-out couch. The curtains and blinds are blackout which means you are guaranteed a good nights rest. While the unit does not have laundry in the room, there is one located close to the pool right outside the front door. To wash and dry it costs $6 and only accepts quarters. BEACH SERVICE: 2 chairs and 1 umbrella March 1- October 31 is included with this rental, a $45 savings a day!

A complete remodel of the unit was done in February 2024. A new kitchen with quartz countertops, soft close cabinets, and all-new black stainless steel appliances. In the bathroom, we got rid of the bathtub and added a tiled shower and the same soft close cabinets. A shower glass door has been added.

Sandpiper Cove Resort consists of 43 acres that include 5 pools 2 of which are heated during winter months (1 is located a few steps away from the unit), 3 hot tubs, a free nine-hole chip and putt golf course, and 6 tennis courts. The resort also includes Louisiana Lagniappe a four-star restaurant http://www.thelouisianalagniappe.com/ , and Sandflea https://www.sandfleadestin.com/ a seasonal (march-october) snack bar conveniently located near the beach. The property is located near a stoplight which makes accessing hwy 98 a breeze. There is a Winn Dixie and a Target nearby

We have stayed at this property a few times now and hands down the host has been the best to work with! The property is amazing and right across the street from the beach. We’ve already booked our next summer vacation in July at this property!

Last time we stayed at Sand Piper cove we stayed in the back. It was really nice that this property was right upfront. The walk to the beach was just a few steps away!

The inside is nicely remodeled. It was close to the beach and The Sand Flea (bar and restaurant). The umbrella and chairs were very convenient. I would rent a car because restaurants are not in walking distance. There is a Target and grocery store nearby.

This was a great little beach condo. It was a short walk to the beach and we really liked the Sand Piper community. The beach chair service was an incredible bonus to our stay! The unit was newly renovated and nicely appointed. Parking was also abundant near the unit (on a holiday weekend at that) since the community is gated.

We stayed at this condo from September 17 through the 24th and after this trip I can honestly say it is a fantastic time of year to visit Dustin. The beaches were beautiful and not overly crowded, which made for a very relaxing vacation. Paragraph one thing I hadn’t really thought about beforehand was tipping the beach service staff, but we did and the beach service ended up being one of our favorite parts of the trip having chairs and umbrella set up for us each day made the beach experience so enjoyable and stress-free. Paragraph the condo is conveniently located just across the street from the beach and pool. We chose not to rent a car and had no issues getting around we used Uber for our dolphin, cruise dinner and add angler and a grocery run. Honestly, we could’ve eaten many of our meals at the Sanlee. Their BLT was excellent and the prices were very Reasonable. Paragraph there is also a great coffee shop just up the street with friendly people and a delicious coffee, which quickly became part of our morning routine. Paragraph the condo itself was newly renovated super cute, clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It was the place for a relaxing beach getaway, and we would absolutely stay here again.

This property was very nice! There was an issue with the shower drain and Payton had the cleaner to come clear it promptly. The communication was superb and I would definitely stay in this unit again.

Absolutely loved our stay! Location was perfect! Literally a hop from the beach, SO easy. The condo was immaculate, decorated beautifully. Has everything you would need for a stay. My daughter kept calling it “home”. The whole experience was exactly what I was hoping for. Location was better than I could imagine, so close to grocery store, shopping, dining etc. highly recommend!!!

My husband and I booked this property for a quick kid-free getaway. I had looked at the property multiple times and was nervous to book since we are used to staying right on the beach. Let say, don’t let that fool you! This property was VERY clean, super easy and clear check-in instructions, and literally a few steps to the beach! It is right across from the pool and laundry. The beach area was perfect! I expected a crowd and there was none! The beach chairs and umbrella being included was 10/10 addition! So nice to not have to pay for those and the access to the Sand Flea was amazing to have! We felt safe, has NO noise issues, and enjoyed our stay so much! Definitely a great find for a quick trip!

This was a great trip for my wife & I and was a perfect location! Very convenient to the beach, several restaurants and local coffee (always a plus). The unit was everything we could have asked for and will definitely plan on renting again!
