Feel your stress melt away the moment you open the door to Unit 2123 at Sandpiper Cove.

This beautifully remodeled condo features a spacious balcony with stunning views of Destin’s emerald-green waters and sugar-white sands. Comfortable outdoor furniture invites you to relax and enjoy the coastal breeze.

Located on the second floor (no elevator), this unit accommodates up to six guests (ideal for families with children) or five adults max, and includes two parking spaces.

The condo has been thoughtfully converted into a 1½-bedroom unit - offered at a lower rate than a traditional two-bedroom - while maintaining a bright and open layout.

The living area features comfortable seating, a flat-screen smart TV with Cox Cable TV included, and a queen-size sofa sleeper. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals, including ample granite countertop space. A charming dining area completes the open-concept design.

The guest sleeping area includes twin bunk bed and a wardrobe, while the master bedroom offers a king-size bed, spacious dresser, closet, ceiling fan, flat-screen TV, and a beautiful view.

You’ll also find two bathrooms, both with walk-in showers, along with the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and high-speed internet. A doorbell camera is installed by the front door for added security - this is the only camera on the property.

Sandpiper Cove is a gated resort community in the heart of Destin, surrounded by top-rated restaurants, shopping centers, supermarkets, amusement parks, and world-class golf courses. Nearby Destin Harbor offers pontoon and jet ski rentals, dolphin and sunset cruises, deep-sea fishing, scuba diving, snorkeling, and more.

Guests enjoy access to all of Sandpiper Cove’s amenities, including:

Honestly i thought is was super cool that there was dish soap, laundry and dishwasher pods, and spices. The towels were great quality too. First condo ever that I had that.

The unite was clean, very close to the beach and had a great porch/deck. We loved staying at this property. The whole family had a great time. It took us a day to get adjusted to how loud the AC blower was but that was a minor thing. We would love to stay here again!

The whole week was amazing. From the view of the ocean and how nice the condo was. You are 5 to 10 minutes away from everything Destin offers. We will be back next October. Myrian was very helpful.

Everything about the property was excellent. Beautiful views and the rooms were clean and set up so nicely with all the amenities listed. I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay that was close to everything, shopping, resturants and of course ... the beach! Our host was very gracious and helpful. I hope to make this a yearly visit - it was that perfect!.

This is our third stay at this condo, and each time is better than the last. The condo is clean and modern and has all the amenities that my children and I need. The beach is a short walk down the stairs, and the host provides beach chairs and umbrella, which is much appreciated. The host's communication is A. I highly recommend (and will continue to book) this location!!!

The area and building were perfect. This was my first trip to Florida and it could not have been more perfect . Anything I needed was nearby and the beach was right outside our door. Everything was comfortable and the host was very quick to answer my questions. STAY HERE!

Great Beach Week!

Enjoyed our stay at this beachside property. Loved the open floor plan, back deck and proximity to the beach! Appreciate that the owner provided nice towels, toiletries, etc. Overall, a great beach week. Would definitely stay at this property in the future.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, the property had everything we were looking for plus a beautiful view! The backpack chairs were super handy to carry down to the beach and enjoy our time in the sand. Highly recommend this property and hope to re-visit soon!

Family vacation

This property was accurate to the pictures and was clean and stocked with plenty of towels. It was close to the beach with our own beach walkway, beautiful view and the host replied within hours if we needed anything. It was perfect for our family of 5. Definitely will be staying again.

Destin area is amazing because this city have have all the nature and the most beautiful sea and so many tons of blue and the sand is as white as snow, it is incredible beautiful. At the same time, the city offers plenty of fun activities, plenty of options of restaurants, grocery stores, pharmacies, clinics, everything you possible need, is right there. It is a developed city in the middle of the nature. Just perfect.

This property is unique because it is on the sand, on the second floor of a TWO-Story only building that gives you the sense of being in a beach bungalow. The balcony is big and you can feel the breeze out looking the ocean, the dunes... it is so relaxing.
