Our family (2 grandparents, 4 parents, 2 small children) had a wonderful stay at this house in Summerfield. It was much larger than we even imagined! With 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and 2 bonus rooms, not to mention several gathering spaces, including a screened-in porch looking out onto a large back yard, we all had so much room to visit, play, and get away to ourselves if we needed to rest. And it's situated in a quiet neighborhood, great for walks and stroller rides. The house itself was equipped with everything you could want - plenty of dishes, pots and pans, utensils, appliances, spices, etc. The beds were comfy, and there were plenty of towels, blankets, cushions and throws for the sofas. We weren't able to take advantage of the cupboards full of games for older kids, but our toddler and preschooler loved the closet full of toys! There was even a full-sized crib, which you don't find in many rental homes. While the house itself is located in a more rural neighborhood, it is a 15-30 minute drive to lots of fun places for the kids (and adults). We visited the Greensboro Science Center and the Summerfield Community Park (2 playgrounds and an easy loop trail around a lake). We also discovered the Market Street Playpark in Greensboro, a Montessori-style indoor play area for kids ages 1-5. Perfect for our 2 young ones!Charlie and Sharon were easy to communicate with and very responsive before and during our stay. We would highly recommend!
