Cocoonr offers you this charming 150 m² house with private swimming pool for rent in Cricqueville-en-Bessin, which can accommodate up to 8 guests. It comprises a 37 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms, four bathrooms (with shower) and a garden of around 1,000 m². Wifi (fibre optics) included, we're waiting for you!

- Bedroom 2: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room and WC
- Bedroom 3: queen-size bed (160x200), en-suite shower room with WC
- Bedroom 4: double bed (140x190), en-suite shower room with WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, cot and high chair, barbecue, table tennis.

Outside:
- A private swimming pool, heated from May to September/October depending on the weather, with a protective cover and measuring 6.50 x 3.20 x 1.50 metres.
- A lovely south/west-facing garden of 1,000 m² + terrace adjoining the house with furniture to enjoy the fine weather.

The house is ideally located in the commune of Pointe du Hoc, near the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant and gastronomic environment, close to Isigny sur mer. On the route of the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4, it is comfortable and functional for a historic and relaxing stopover gîte. Nearby, you'll find all the essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, hiking trails and water sports...

- In spring: the book fair in early May, the Grand Carnaval in Grandcamp-Maisy and the hiking festival in Montfiquet.
- In June: the DDAY commemorations and festivities: events to celebrate 06 June 1944.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden courtyard, which can accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles and has a specific electric car socket.
