Cocoonr is offering this charming holiday home for rent in Cricqueville-en-Bessin, complete with a private swimming pool. It has a floor area of 300 m² and can accommodate up to 14 guests. It comprises an 82 m² living area (with a fireplace), a fully fitted kitchen, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a garden of approximately 1,250 m². Wi-Fi is included – we’re just waiting for you!

The accommodation is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor
- An 82 m² living area comprising a 52 m² lounge area with sofas, a TV and a fireplace (firewood provided on request), and a piano for musicians.
- A 30 m² dining room that can seat 14 guests.
- A fully equipped kitchen including: electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob…
- Separate toilet in the entrance hall

Upstairs
- Bedroom 1: one double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 2: two single beds and one queen-size bed (160x200), plus an en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 3: two queen-size beds (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom with shower
- Bedroom 4: one queen-size bed (160x200) and one double bed (140x190)
- An en-suite bathroom with shower
- Separate toilet

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional facilities: washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, cot and high chair, barbecue, and table tennis table.

Outdoors:
- A private swimming pool, heated from mid-May to September/October depending on the weather, fitted with a protective cover measuring 7.50 x 3.40 x 1.50
- A beautiful, enclosed, south-facing garden with trees, covering 1,250 m²
- A first, fenced-off, south-facing terrace with two large tables and benches seating 16 people. A second terrace at the front of the house, facing west, equipped with tables and garden furniture.

The house is ideally situated in the commune of La Pointe du Hoc, close to the beaches and D-Day landing sites, in a very pleasant area renowned for its fine dining, near Isigny-sur-Mer. Situated on the Vélomaritime-Eurovélo 4 cycle route, it is a comfortable and practical choice for a historic and relaxing stopover. You’ll have easy access to all essential shops, as well as markets, local producers, restaurants, bars, walking trails and water sports…

- In spring: the book fair in early May, the Grandcamp-Maisy carnival and the hiking festival in Montfiquet
- In June: D-Day commemorations and celebrations: events to mark 6 June 1944.
- Summer: July: Festyplage in Grandcamp. 15 August: Grandcamp Sea Festival: a wonderful celebration of seafarers and traditional sailor’s attire.
- Rétro Bessin in July: a large gathering of vintage vehicles in Tour-en-Bessin.
- In autumn: The Apple Festival in Trévières. In November: the Scallop Festival, Heritage Days and Taste Week.

If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the private car park in the garden courtyard, which can accommodate 4 or 5 vehicles and has a dedicated electric car charging point.

- Nearest airport: 55 km, Carpiquet
- No public transport nearby

- The fireplace is in working order; the first fire is complimentary, and wood is available on request for a flat fee of €25.
- Pets are allowed in the accommodation for a fee of €50 per stay.
