Welcome home to this wonderful spot in the Fairway Villas. As you can see, this is an easy and convenient home where you can enjoy your Waikoloa stay. Whether you want to golf, experience the beach first hand, shop, dine, or just enjoy a good movie, you have access to all of this and much more!

Fairway Villas itself will gladly meet most of your needs and wants. A spectacular community pool and fitness center can give you relaxation as well as the chance to work off those Mai Tais. The gated complex is secure, but the pedestrian entrance and exit will allow easy access to all that Waikoloa has to offer. What's a great day? Watching golfers (and non-golfers) play along as the coffee is getting piping hot. Perhaps it's spending the day watching your favorite show on the flatscreen TV while doing your laundry and relaxing in the cool A/C. If eating out is getting old, the full kitchen and nearby groceries will help inspire you to work with all of the amazing kitchen amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location

The location is close to shops and restaurants. Nice on the ground floor and was as described. The kitchen was great. Don’t expect to be able to connect to tv unless you are much more tech savvy then me. It was aVery small tv in the bedroom. But it was a Roku so it was easy to connect to.Close to beaches. Good parking. Good pool. We will be back

Clean and Comfortable

We so enjoyed our stay. The Condo was clean and comfortable and nicely furnished. All the appliances were new and top notch. The management team was great. The location was great. Would definitely stay again.

Cleanliness and location for walking to shops was great. Also close for driving if preferred. Because you are on the first floor of 3, you can have upstairs noise from people walking, kids, and the toilet flushing. We were woken up early to these sounds during our stay. Other than that, we loved the place.

Awesome place for vacation

Very nice unit in good location with great in-unit amenities. Only drawbacks were 1) thin walls so a lot of noise from upstairs unit, and 2) under-sized AC with limits on the thermostat setting; need to be able to reduce target temp setting, particularly at night when the AC should be able to keep up with a lower temp setting.

Wonderful Vacation

Great condo, loved being on the golf course and within walking distance of the malls. Very clean with ample supplies for our stay. Shower stall in master is small but everything else was fine. Check in/out was seamless and we had quick response to a question about the TV. This was second rental in Fairway Villas and we would definitely stay in this unit again. Vacasa makes planning easy!

Great place to stay!

This property was a great place to stay. It was close to restaurants, coffee, shopping, and groceries. Also accessible to main highway to go north or south of island. This unit was very quiet and we enjoyed our breakfasts on the patio with a view of the golf course. I would recommend this place.

Hawaii vacation

The vacation was wonderful. The condo was great, had a great kitchen with all the items needed to cook. Also there were beach chairs, umbrella, fins, etc. which made beach trip great. The condo is close to two shopping areas for restaurants, etc. Stasha Laa took care of any questions and concerns we had immediately. She checked in with us from the very start of our trip. Thanks so much!

The unit is well laid-out and furnished with everything we needed. The only negatives were the loudness of the AC unit (mounted on the patio) and the disposal. In general, though, a nice environment to relax, read and watch TV. Pool and exercise facility are easily accessed from the unit.

A perfect central Condo-stay

This H3 condo within the Fairways is a lovely,shady and well appointed condo. Our 2 weeks flew by, we used it for business work and leisure time, shared with some friends, and the central location allowed all of us to follow different schedules, or to be together. Did not need AC as condo stayed cool with fans on. Great communication with property manager Vasaca - always available and very kind in fulfilling some special requests. We loved it and highly recommend this unit.

Beautiful and comfortable property

This property is walking distance to the beach and to the shops which made it fun for everyone in the party. We could go nice places without getting in the car. The beach chairs and towels came in super handy. We enjoyed spending time in the infinity pool. The kitchen is large enough for 2 or 3 to cook in at same time. The ambience of the resort was delightful!

Great place!

Great place to stay at during our visit! Spacious, comfortable, has a lot of room, very clean. Nice pool, hot tub. Walking distance to shops/restaurants. Nice safe neighborhood. Fun to watch golfers from the unit. We appreciated having boogie boards, ice chest, beach chairs, extra towels. Very accommodating, fast response from property management. Thank you!

Great condo in Waikoloa area

We had a great experience at this condo. It was very clean, in a gated community, and was very close to Waikoloa Beach. It had a wonderful outdoor patio facing the golf course and we enjoyed drinking our coffee and watching the amazing sun rises. The washer/dryer combo was great to wash beach towels each day. I wish we had known about the outdoor supply closet that had beach chairs, umbrellas, and body boards sooner…we discovered it on the last couple of days of our visit. Overall this is a great condo and we would recommend it to vacationers.
