This is the cutest split-level home you ever did see, located in a quite neighborhood surrounded by mature trees. It has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms (one being the master bath), 2 living spaces, an updated kitchen, partially fenced-in back yard, a three seasons room ready to host your friends and family and a big outdoor patio. The house is located just blocks from the zoo, Sanford Hospital, the country clubs and just a short 5-10 min drive to downtown!

My husband and I now own 7 rental properties, three of which are in Sioux Falls where we both grew up and the others are in Okoboji, IA, where we like to vacation in the summer at the lake! I manage all of our properties and have been doing so for 4 years now. I strive to make sure all of our properties have the essentials for day to day living and items I appreciate when using other VRBO's, such as books, games, etc.

This house is centrally located near the Zoo and a quick drive to the popular downtown area. It is also just a couple blocks away from the Midco Aquatic Center, Grille 26 restaurant and other shops in that Plaza. The 3 seasons room and outdoor patio has plenty of room to entertain friends and family!

You'll find a large 3 seasons room to hang out in as well as a large outdoor patio to utilize in the warmer months! We also provide a custom-made corn hole game to enjoy with your friends and family!
