Just a 5-minute walk to downtown Saratoga Springs and Skidmore College, this newly renovated 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat is one of three separate units within a beautifully restored historic home that blends timeless charm with modern luxury. The Saratoga Race Track and SPAC are only a few minutes’ drive away, offering easy access to the best of Saratoga.
Designed around the theme of Fire, this second-floor space features bold colors, natural terra cotta, hardwood finishes, and an electric fireplace that creates a warm, modern vibe. Both bedrooms include rainfall showers, with one bath featuring a relaxing soaking tub. The chef-ready kitchen offers high-end appliances and three ways to make your coffee—drip, French press, or Keurig. Enjoy a second-story porch overlooking the property, plus a covered patio with grill for outdoor relaxation.
Inside, you’ll find high-speed Wi-Fi, big-screen smart TVs in every room, a dedicated workspace, and in-unit washer and dryer.

Great Stay

The home was clean and well stocked (eg; shampoo, coffee, etc). The beds were comfortable, one queen and one king. The owner was easy to communicate with and made check in a seamless event. The location is also great- within walking distance to town with all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend this home.

Good spot

Very good experience . Clean and new. Very responsive owner. It’s upstairs with a bit of a walk from parking so that might deter some with alot of luggage but not a big problem . Very good location.

The property is located right on the corner of North Broadway. If you look one way down this main thoroughfare, you'll see downtown Saratoga Springs which features the biggest collection of restaurants and shops in the city. In the other direction lies a scenic walk past classic and luxurious estates and the Skidmore college campus. With the heart of the city just a brief walk away, you can venture into the action right up the street and retreat back to Water when you are ready for some peace and quiet. We are also a brief walk away from a farmers market, so you can cook a gourmet, locally sourced meal in your chef-ready kitchen during your stay.

Traffic is at its worst at some of the best times to visit Saratoga Springs, so the quick walk right into town makes it easy to enjoy all the city has to offer without the hassle. There is ample on-street parking directly around our space to leave your vehicle while you explore on foot, or easily come and go with your car if you are adventuring outside of the city. We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions, offer recommendations, or tell you anything you'd like to know about our place and the surrounding area!
