This space is designed around the theme of Wind, with it’s soaring, sky-lit ceilings, exposed brick and natural wood finishes, and an upstairs mezzanine with an overhead view of the expansive, open living space. Wind is 1 of 4 brand new luxury apartments within a renovated mid 1800s home. It includes 3 unique bedrooms, 2.5 baths with luxury rain showers, a dedicated workspace for business or remote learning, chef-ready kitchen, and in-unit washer and dryer. With a private entrance, private outdoor space, and ample street parking around the building, this is the perfect location to enjoy all that Saratoga has to offer.

Many of the furnishings are made of sustainable materials, fair trade certified, or artisan-made. You’ll find body products in the bathrooms chosen for their emphasis on human and environmental health, and eco-friendly bed and bath linens and cleaning supplies are used to keep the space spotless and safe for you and your family. With the heart of downtown to your right and a scenic walk through classic, luxurious estates to your left, Wind is the peaceful, relaxing oasis waiting to welcome you home no matter how you choose to spend your day. A great stay

The location and property are amazing. The host Ben was super attentive and friendly. Wind is beautifully appointed and very clean. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to enjoy downtown Saratoga and Skidmore families to stay here.

Beautiful space

The apartment is lovely, comfortable, and sparkling clean. We had everything we needed for an easy and enjoyable stay. Our host went above and beyond to accommodate an early check-in request, making our visit there perfect. Location is fantastic. Hope to stay here again!

Beautiful, Comfortable, Perfect Location

Our family had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful, light-filled property within walking distance of the fantastic shops, restaurants and bars in downtown Saratoga Springs. The furniture and beds were comfortable as well as beautiful and the loft area a real bonus. Check in and out was easy and Ben, the owner, was available and accommodating. We loved this place and will be back.

Phenomenal place

Stayed in the Wind unit. Immaculate inside with all of the amenities we could need. Great location. Just a quick walk to downtown and a minute drive to the track. Ben, the host, was great and super responsive. Would highly recommend. Looking forward to our next stay!

Excellent Stay at Saratoga Springs

We stayed for 2 days at The Wind. 5 stars throughout: Extremely clean, great location, great apartment recently renovated with taste and all the comforts you may need. The host was always on top of things and always ready to assist you. Strongly recommend it.

Perfection

Just want to thank the owners for a wonderful stay in Wind at the Rock!! Everything was perfect!! From allowing us to check in a little early, to the cleanliness, the comfort, the location, etc you really have all the bases covered!!! Only 2 of us stayed but the house can comfortably fit 6 adults if not more, plenty of space!! Thank you so much for your hospitality! We will be back!!

Saratoga Wedding

When I originally made this booking I remember the hardest decision was which place to stay in - Wind or Water they both looked exceptional but Wind won out. This is a very unique place - with top notch amenities. It was very clean and is exactly as what was shown in the pictures provided. The location was ideal for our family. I would not hesitate to stay here again but all of the places at the Rock which Ben operates look so inviting I want to stay at each and every one!

Perfect!!

I stayed at “Wind” with two friend’s who are also my co-workers. We were completely blown away by the entire space and cannot wait to stay here again. Ben was incredibly easy to communicate with and the house was perfectly appointed and beautifully decorated. The rooms are spacious and have a lot of character. I can’t think of enough nice things to say. Town is a very short walk away and parking was very simple. We will definitely be looking to book “Wind” again!!

Outstanding!

My family and I have stayed at many VRBO properties, this was by far the best property ever! First, the renovation was perfect! The open design was flawless with maximizing the space, we had 12 for dinner with room for many more. The master bath with the oversized shower was something normally found in a luxury hotel. Second was the attention to the detail, from everything you need in the kitchen, including high-end Cuisinart coffee maker, Ninja blender and more. Finally, the location was perfect. Just 2 blocks from downtown Saratoga a short walk to the shops and restaurants! This will be are goto when we comeback to Saratoga!

It doesn't get any better. This was our second time staying here and it was absolutely perfect. We had a group of 19 so we rented all three units in the building and there was plenty of space for all. The units are decorated very nicely and are extremely comfortable. If we needed something in the kitchen, it was there. Beds are comfy. Bathrooms are modern. Living rooms were perfect for gathering.The location is top notch. A very short drive to the track and a very short walk to Broadway. It really is the perfect location for a Saratoga getaway. And the hosts are incredible. Great communication throughout and readily available when needed.Stay here... you won't be disappointed. We'll be back for sure.

From check in to check out Ben was extremely responsive and attentive. The theme of the unit (Wind) demonstrates a high degree of originality and creativity. With eco friendly steps taken throughout. 28th Annual Girls weekend get away!

Beautiful House! Close to town! Everything you could possibly need was there from sheets and towels and to coffee and games! Outside sitting area! The only thing I will mention is the Unit Wind my not be for the elderly because to get in you have to climb up a flight of stairs!

The property is located right on the corner of North Broadway. If you look one way down this main thoroughfare, you'll see downtown Saratoga Springs which features the biggest collection of restaurants and shops in the city. In the other direction lies a scenic walk past classic and luxurious estates and the Skidmore college campus. With the heart of the city just a brief walk away, you can venture into the action right up the street and retreat back to Water when you are ready for some peace and quiet. We are also a brief walk away from a farmers market, so you can cook a gourmet, locally sourced meal in your chef-ready kitchen during your stay.

Traffic is at its worst at some of the best times to visit Saratoga Springs, so the quick walk right into town makes it easy to enjoy all the city has to offer without the hassle. There is ample on-street parking directly around our space to leave your vehicle while you explore on foot, or easily come and go with your car if you are adventuring outside of the city. We will be available throughout your stay to answer questions, offer recommendations, or tell you anything you'd like to know about our place and the surrounding area!
