Beautiful remodeled gulf front condo (2nd floor) within walking distance to Pier Park and Top Golf! Dog friendly! (Small grass dog area on site to the right of the building - 70 lbs or less approx. Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided 3/15-10/31! Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile aqua backsplash. Cute dining table & coffee table. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Queen Sunbrella sleeper sofa & 2nd HDTV in living room. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Host was very informative! View was fantastic! We really liked the Shuckems bar across the street. Bed was comfortable. If I had to make any suggestion, it would just be to try switching the rooms around. Put the bedroom by the water so people can go to sleep and wake up with that view! Maybe easier said than done, but just a thought. I’d be fine watching TV in the more interior space and having the Gulf view available from bed.

When we go to PCB, for any reason, we always stay at one of the Olson’s condos on the beach! We love it there. The hosts are extremely professional and kind. They check in with you on your stay to ensure you have everything you need or any questions. Thank you, Jeff and Jill. We’ve had a blast!

This place looks exactly like the pictures. The owners were very quick to reply to messages and checked in a few times to make sure i didnt need anything. It has all the amenities you could need and ita the perfect size for 1 or 2 people and a pet. Pier park is very close to walk to and there are a couple restaurants, gift shops and bar within a 2 minute walk. It was a great trip and very relaxing. Best time of year to go if you get overwhelmed by crowds! Ill be back! Thanks Jeff & Jill!

The host provided lots of information regarding local hangouts, attractions, restaurants, etc. We found everything we needed. The unit was clean. The pullout couch bed was extra firm. After riding a motorcycle into town I actually found the extra firmness to be a great for my back. The AC was great as well. The shower was awesome. Thank you for the good stay.

Just right!

The condo was clean and bright. We had coffee and breakfast on the balcony while taking in the beautiful beach and ocean. We did have most meals there. Most of our time was spent there or the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. Small condo was just right for hubby, the pups, and me. Dog beach is a easy walk from condo. Pups loved it! We will be back.

Fun getaway!

We came down to Panama City Beach for a long weekend. Having stayed multiple times at another property owned by Jeff and Jill, we felt sure that Blue Haven Villa would be a great condo, and we were right! The Ambassador is an older property, but our unit was very well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The unit itself is close to the stairs that lead to the beach access, so that was a plus, as one of our main goals was to get in a few beach walks each day. We loved the location and proximity to Pier Park and other restaurants. We happened to be in Panama City for the weekend of the Hot Rod show (not planned), and it made for a lively atmosphere, between the cars parading the Strip and the karaoke across the street at Shuckum’s every night. A lot of people set up chairs near the street and just watched, and we wish we had known to do that too. For a November weekend, it had great energy. All in all, we had a great stay, and if we need a small condo in PCB again, we’d stay again.

Airshow weekend

This condo provided the perfect viewing spot for Tyndall Airbase's Salute to the Gulf Airshow. My husband and I watched the morning routines from the lounge chairs on the beach that are free with the condo and, in the afternoon, moved up to the condo balcony to enjoy a our own private viewing spot. It was a big motorcycle weekend too, but once inside the condo, we were pretty isolated from the "rolling thunder" on the street and could enjoy the lapping of the waves...as long as jets weren't flying by. The condo is comfortable, the beach beautiful and the water is getting warmer. I recommend Blue Haven Villa for a quieter vacation too.

Panama City Beach stay

Property was just as described, very clean, right on the beach, cute dog park for our fur baby, hot tub was wonderful, and Dawn, the caretaker of the building was awesome. Found two great places to eat at that were extremely close - American Diner for their all you can eat breakfast buffet and Diego's for their awesome burritos. Everyone you saw were so friendly and polite.

Awesome stay !

Adorable little units. Comfy for us. Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and he really helped accommodate us when we needed to stay longer last minute. Will definitely recommend to family when they come in town for visits. Pet friendly beach at the back door lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice little place!!!

It was great! Just steps from the beach and it’s not even that packed! I loved everything! I think it’s perfect for two people max 3. Some dishes were dirty but other than that everything was great!
