Check dog fee box on VRBO.) 2 beach loungers/1 umbrella provided 3/15-10/31! Stunning kitchen features granite countertops & tile aqua backsplash. Cute dining table & coffee table. Master bedroom has a king bed & 55 inch Smart HDTV. Queen Sunbrella sleeper sofa & 2nd HDTV in living room. Distressed plank tile flooring & eclectic coastal décor throughout. Amazing gulf, pool, & sunset views from your balcony & living room. Walk to Pier Park, Shuckums, Gulf World, Sharkys, Diegos, & the dog beach at Pier Park entrance. 5 minute drive to Frank Brown Park for Gulf Coast Jam. Small complex so no elevators or complicated parking. Hot tub, patio, beach shower, & charcoal grills onsite. We also own 2 adjacent units (VRBO 1817520, 2381370) and a first floor unit (3262642).

Just right!

The condo was clean and bright. We had coffee and breakfast on the balcony while taking in the beautiful beach and ocean. We did have most meals there. Most of our time was spent there or the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella were awesome. Small condo was just right for hubby, the pups, and me. Dog beach is a easy walk from condo. Pups loved it! We will be back.

Love that our dog is allowed!

We had a great stay! Loved sitting on the balcony watching the waves. Great location for restaurants and shopping. Condo had everything we needed.

The condo was exactly as featured on the VRBO site. It was everything we needed for our beach getaway; from coffee on the patio to beautiful sunset views, perfection.

Panama City Beach stay

Property was just as described, very clean, right on the beach, cute dog park for our fur baby, hot tub was wonderful, and Dawn, the caretaker of the building was awesome. Found two great places to eat at that were extremely close - American Diner for their all you can eat breakfast buffet and Diego's for their awesome burritos. Everyone you saw were so friendly and polite.

Fun getaway!

We came down to Panama City Beach for a long weekend. Having stayed multiple times at another property owned by Jeff and Jill, we felt sure that Blue Haven Villa would be a great condo, and we were right! The Ambassador is an older property, but our unit was very well maintained, clean, and tastefully decorated. It had everything we needed for the weekend. The unit itself is close to the stairs that lead to the beach access, so that was a plus, as one of our main goals was to get in a few beach walks each day. We loved the location and proximity to Pier Park and other restaurants. We happened to be in Panama City for the weekend of the Hot Rod show (not planned), and it made for a lively atmosphere, between the cars parading the Strip and the karaoke across the street at Shuckum’s every night. A lot of people set up chairs near the street and just watched, and we wish we had known to do that too. For a November weekend, it had great energy. All in all, we had a great stay, and if we need a small condo in PCB again, we’d stay again.

Awesome stay !

Adorable little units. Comfy for us. Jeff was very easy to get in touch with and he really helped accommodate us when we needed to stay longer last minute. Will definitely recommend to family when they come in town for visits. Pet friendly beach at the back door lots of food and shopping nearby.

Nice little place!!!

It was great! Just steps from the beach and it’s not even that packed! I loved everything! I think it’s perfect for two people max 3. Some dishes were dirty but other than that everything was great!

Weekend getaway

This was our second visit and definitely will not be our last! The condos are clean, comfortable and close to everything! The hosts, (Jeff and Jill), are readily available and stay in constant contact to ensure you have what you need to make your stay amazing! Thanks for another fun weekend!

Airshow weekend

This condo provided the perfect viewing spot for Tyndall Airbase's Salute to the Gulf Airshow. My husband and I watched the morning routines from the lounge chairs on the beach that are free with the condo and, in the afternoon, moved up to the condo balcony to enjoy a our own private viewing spot. It was a big motorcycle weekend too, but once inside the condo, we were pretty isolated from the "rolling thunder" on the street and could enjoy the lapping of the waves...as long as jets weren't flying by. The condo is comfortable, the beach beautiful and the water is getting warmer. I recommend Blue Haven Villa for a quieter vacation too.

Great beach location.

Had a small issue with entry code host immediately cleared it up. Found some of the guests much younger and extremely loud and drunk. Overall I recommend this property and the fact they accept small dogs.

Location Location Location!

First off, Jeff the owner, is great about communicating with his guests. He even offered suggestions for our family who was staying in a different-owned unit that needed assistance. The view from our balcony, the beach itself, walking distance to so much helped make this a great first stay! The unit is what I consider Basic Beach. Big enough for a family of 4. Cute decor, the new kitchen was nice to work in and rounded out our stay. We will be back!

Adorable gulf front condo!

I had a wonderful stay in this adorable condo! The unit itself is decorated with cute coastal decor throughout and has a brand new kitchen. You can tell the owners wanted to make it unique and have pride in the condo. Two large smart TV’s and the most comfortable bed I have slept on in my life. The view is amazing off the balcony! Very easy communication with Jeff and Jill. I also love that it is a small complex and not a high rise. You can walk to Pier Park and lots of restaurants too. Beautiful pool and right on the beach! Can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!!

Great Location in dog friendly condo on the beach

Jeff and Jill were amazing! The condo was just as described. This condo was recently purchased by Jeff and Jill and they have gone above and beyond trying to get the updates completed as quickly as possible. We all know doing updates on a home takes time. We were able to see the 2 other condos they have in this same complex and they are absolutely beautiful!! I have no doubt this unit will be just a accommodating once all the upgrades are complete. We would stay again in this or the other 2 units. Loved having the beach out the back door and our Dakota joining us on the trip. Thanks again Jeff & Jill for making our trip wonderful.

Looks as advertised

We enjoyed our stay. The place was small but once we unpacked and slid the bags under the bed, it helped a lot. The hangers behind the door was genius for such a small room. The only thing I would have loved is if the couch had faced the ocean view. The view was sort of hard to see from the couch since the window was so high up. Maybe remove the table and get a small l-shaped couch to take advantage of that wonderful view. The king size bed was by far the best bed I have ever slept on away from home. So comfortable! I think I will miss that as much as the view. Doggy area was convenient and clean. Our dogs loved the view from the sliding glass door and they loved going to the doggy beach just down the road. Communication with Jeff was great.

Mixed Feelings

I have a mixed review so I will break it down into pros and cons. I think it is important to be honest so that other guests can make an educated decision before staying here. Positives: -Jeff is accommodating and seems to be eager to answer questions. He checks in on you after you’ve checked into the room and will help you figure out where to eat, etc. He worked with us on staying an extra night as well and is a great host. -The condo is right on the beach. You can walk out of the room and it is just a few steps down to the beach or pool. -Restaurants and shopping are a walk across the street. -The condo is small which means there are less people on the beach and more room for you! Privacy was a plus for us. Negatives: -The facility is old, one of the originals on the beach strip and isn’t well maintained. -We were told the room has been "remodeled" but it has only been partially done. There are still several things that need to be upgraded or redone like the sliding patio door. (This wouldn't matter as much if the price for the room was a little lower. My friend's stayed at Tidewater for the same price but it's nicer with more amenities. For less money, your expectations are different.) -The facility's hot tub doesn’t work and I can tell the lock has been on it for a long while, as it is completely rusted over. I wouldn’t advertise it having that amenity because you can’t use it. -After showering our first day here, my feet turned black while walking through the condo afterward, as though the floors had not been mopped for a while. I would suggest having the cleaning service do a better job. For the cleaning fee we were charged, I would expect the floors to be clean. We feel for what we paid; it could have been a better experience somewhere else. SUMMARY: If you don’t mind the older rundown condo (sort of quaint) feel, it is extremely convenient and right on the beach with a good host; but we do feel it is overpriced for what you get.
