The space was clean and we had everything we needed. Its a short walk to Pineapple Willy's which is amazing and we were actually able to walk to all the places we needed. It is convenient to several shops and restaurants. Will definitely stay again when visiting PCB.

VERY clean!!!

over all was great..just a little stuffy at night...could not adjust thermostat...must say that it was one of the cleanest condos I have every stayed and I have stayed at all of them !!

The room was very clean and easy to check in. The host was informative and responded to a question that I had. The view was great! The only complaint that I had was that the bed was entirely too tall and the pull out couch was not comfortable until we pulled one of the foam mattresses off the bed to put on the couch. Other than that everything was great!

We are from Ohio and big Ohio state fans. We started vacationing in PCB about 10 years ago and fell in love with it. We then decided to buy a second home for retirement and be snowbirds. We decided to rent it out for the summer. We did really well because we set high standards for ourselves to provide our guests with all the things that we forgot over the years on our own vacations with 5 children. That’s why when you stay at one of our units the only thing you need to bring is clothes. We have everything such as extra linens, spices, condiments, all your soaps and personal hygiene products, cleaning supplies, flashlights, extra chargers, batteries, coffee, tea, creamers, books, tape, screwdrivers, glue gun, corkscrew, bottle opener, beach towels, wireless speakers, beach chairs, cooler, kids toys, extra sunscreen, aloe gel, and so much more. Our number one goal is to make your stay with us completely stress free and relaxing. No worries about forgotten items because we’ve got you covered.

We chose this end of PCB to be off the beaten path, but beachfront. This neighborhood is very safe and doesn’t get too crowded that you get stuck in traffic being that it’s an inlet that branches off Frontbeach Rd therefore if going left is busy then go right to get out of the traffic. It’s a half circle and will bring you back around.

この宿泊施設の特徴

Our property is smaller than most with only 12 floors. That itself is appealing along with the fact that all the units are individually owned so they are each different. I mean they are set up different with the decor and amenities. The units are all one bed one bath, but there are seven different floor plans all having different square footage.
We did a thorough research on this property to get an understanding of hurricanes and how they have impacted this area. This property has been through 4 hurricanes since built in 1984. Some of the units have gotten damaged, but the buildings were structurally sound. The architect used rebar and steel to reinforce the concrete and positioned the buildings at different angles to allow the wind and water to flow evenly around both structures not blocking it preventing the impact from being so severe.
