While the cabin is rustic, it was perfect for my stay. It was well stocked and supplied, and it easily stayed warm down into the 20s. Its location just north of Gardiner is perfect for accessing the north entrance to YNP. The host worked with me on dates when fires were threatening back in August. He didn't have to do that, but I can't thank him enough.

Was very happy with the location and peace of the cabin. Beautiful space right next to a babbling brook. Hosts are responsive and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay - the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is very well-equipped (many small appliances are in the cabinets), and once we figured out the heat control, we were cozy and warm. The porch was a wonderful place to sit and read and enjoy the sound of the creek. The road was longer and more challenging than I expected from the original listing, but added to the sense of adventure.The online communication with the hosts was excellent. The guidebook in the cabin is a bit confusing as many notes have been added, but all the information you need is there.

Absolutely lovely cabin with a quiet, pristine setting that was just what I needed to unwind. A short drive away from the beauty of Yellowstone. Plenty of awesome restaurants and pubs in Gardiner to grab a beer and some grub after a long day of hiking. Laurel was wonderful and responsive.

Perfect base camp for a Yellowstone visit

This was our fourth stay at this delightful cabin. It is comfortable and convenient for wildlife watching in Yellowstone. On a quiet road, with elk and bighorn sheep along the way.
