The Kapalua Ridge Villas is located near three of the top State of Hawaii beaches, and these you will find just a short walk from your villa. One of these beaches, Kapalua Bay, has won numerous awards for excellence, including "Best Beach in the World" by Dr. Beach, and “Best Beach in the US,” by Conde Nast. Kapalua Resort is a “low impact” resort; thus, guests staying at The Ridge find that they have the luxury of near endless activities available to them, but, without the large crowds, the traffic and noise. Guests will enjoy two golf courses the PGA 's Plantation Course and The Bay Course offer majestic views.

What a perfect place for our family of four for our first time to Maui. The place seemed even bigger than the pictures. Plenty of space to relax and rewind after our beach and hiking days. We enjoyed the lanai and spent as much time outside there as we could. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed including the walk in closet with EVERYTHING we could have needed for our trips to the beach. I highly recommend this place for the perfect spot to stay in Maui!

This is a great condo! It’s well equipped for the beach. It’s a nice walk to the beach. Plenty of space for the family to spread out. We were here for the Kona Low storm and it was a cozy place to stay. We had no issues with loosing power or flooding.

Great location, beautiful views, quiet & laid back

Beautiful views at sunrise! Close location to our favorite beach, slaughterhouse. Plenty of toys/supplies for your beach vacation. Great place!

Love Kapalua Ridge

We love ‘the Ridge’ - the grounds, location, views, parking, and convenient check in enhanced our stay. Maui Paradise was communicative and available if we needed anything. They even let us check in an hour early, which was appreciated.

Great location and amenities

We are avid walkers and runners. There were several paths to take to beaches, scenic tours and easy access to the Honolua store and Kapalua Ziplines. The full kitchen allowed us to cook together and enjoy the scenery from the patio.

Paradise

We loved everything about this property. There were beach chairs, coolers, pool floats, everything. The beach was a decent walk down some steps but doable. The parking near the beach was perfect. The property was spacious, well appointed, well furnished and inviting. However, we had to use a back up fridge because the main fridge wasn’t working. The common bathroom shower drain was clogged so we just didn’t use that shower and there was a pretty pungent odor coming from a locked closet right outside the master bedroom. We needed to run essential oil diffusers to mask the odor. It wasn’t terrible but definitely noticeable. Other than that, the place was idyllic!

Great place!

My family and I enjoyed our stay at the Ridge Villas. The area was beautiful with spectacular views and a great ocean breeze. We did have an issue with getting into our unit one night and had to wait outside in the rain for over 30 minutes. The gentleman who arrived to help us was friendly and got us back into the unit, however the property managers were less than timely in responding to the situation the following day. The unit is as photographed and very lovely but the AC in one of the rooms did not work very well. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
