What a beautiful condo! We were so thrilled to stay here! The views from every room are breathtaking! The condo is very spacious and well appointed. The bathrooms are huge and us three women had plenty of room to spread out. The property was so quiet and well maintained. We could walk to the beach, the two pools, and even to the Honolua Store market. The property is very close to Napili Shopping Center for groceries and morning coffee. We loved everything about our stay, except having to leave!

We were there for LaLa and we still had a great time. I would just advocate for some type of emergency management to provision guests with ice and basic supplies.

Aloha Lindsay and thank you for your review! We're so happy to hear you enjoyed the beautiful location, incredible views, and responsive service from our team. Over the past year, the condo has received fresh interior paint, new beds, and several additional amenities. That said, we're always looking for ways to improve, and we'll be happy to pass your comments along to the owner for consideration. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back to Maui in the future! -CB Island Vacations

The property is beautiful. We arrived during high winds with no electricity, WiFi, or cell service. Everything in the home was based upon having internet service, no hard copy for reference. One small flash light was provided for emergency. There needs to be better backup in the home for emergencies, we had no map of property area. The guest service folks were very nice but they were not local and could not answer questions regarding local services. The responses to our requests appeared to be boiler plate and did not answer our specific concerns. Our electricity was off for over 36 hours, so some local emergency advise would have been helpful. The property view from the lanai was spectacular and was our saving grace

We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the property and that the spectacular lanai view was a highlight of your stay🌺 We certainly understand how challenging it was to arrive during the storm and experience an extended power, Wi-Fi, and cell service outage. The outage affected all of West Maui, including our local office and team, which significantly limited our ability to provide our usual level of in-person support. During that time, we had to rely on our after-hours service provider to assist guests. We did send a mass text to all in-house guests with local news and information sources so everyone could stay updated on the outage and local conditions. We also appreciate your feedback regarding emergency information and will take it into consideration as we continue reviewing how we can better support guests during situations like this. We’re sorry the circumstances made your stay more difficult than expected, and we appreciate you sharing your experience with us. -CB Island Vacations

This was a great experience. Everything about it was easy - we actually never even needed to contact the manager during our stay which means they did everything seamlessly. This unit is absolutely gorgeous with incredible views. We loved the location, and the floor plan of the unit worked perfect for our family. Our daughters enjoyed having their little suite on the other side with twin beds, a tv, a patio/view, and a full bathroom. I only wish that the couches were a little more comfy and the pots and pans/cooking items were a little higher quality. I like to cook! We would absolutely return here and highly recommend.

Stunning is the correct word for this villa. Clean, spacious, and all the amenities you could ever need. Beautiful views from every room. The grounds were also beautiful and quiet. Very walkable. Must have great pest control as we did not see any unwanted insects. So happy we chose this place for our stay.

Beautiful view BUT NEEDS REPAIRS

We’ve stayed at many Ridge Ocean view Villa in Kapalua over the last 30 + years. This one was our least favorite. While the view was beautiful, the washer was broken and unusable, ( this was a big problem for my family) , also there was a huge burn hole in a sofa cushion, additionally, wires were hanging out of a missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower. The front door could not be locked for the first two days. Not sure why these issues weren’t fixed before putting it up for rental. There are no USB Outlets. TVs are pretty small. At the end of our stay, while trying to walk out the front door (early in the morning) to leave for the airport, the front door had automatically locked up and we couldn’t LEAVE . Luckily, I remembered there was a side door, which allowed us to leave the villa. This could be a serious problem. When trying to contact a manager, It could take a day or two to get a manager response.

Aloha Ann and thank you for sharing your detailed feedback. We're sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. We apologize for the inconvenience you experienced with the washing machine; it has since been replaced. The front door issue was addressed during your visit, and we found that the deadbolt was locked upon your departure, which may have contributed to the difficulty you had. We’re also pleased to inform you that the living room TV has been replaced, and the missing light fixture in the master bathroom shower has been fixed. Your feedback is valuable, and we will consider these points for future improvements. We are always available for contact, and we apologize for any miscommunication that occurred during your stay. Thank you for bringing these issues to our attention; we will use your feedback to improve our services and hope to have the opportunity to provide a better experience in the future. Mahalo nui!
