You can not make everyone happy when they are finally having buyers remorse, when you can't afford a trip to begin with. This is the timeline from our onsite office surveillance. They Scheduled a Transfer to the airport for 8:30AM the prior morning and over slept My Office called the client at 8:30 to let them know the transfer to the airport was there. She told them they need to do the inspection and she lets them know there are 21 guest charges and asks them If they want to pay separate or on the card. One comes into the office at 9:02 (32 Minutes after the Transfer was scheduled to be there) There are people still showering in the condo when the maids try to do the inspection. He tells her they are done showering. She tells him about the pool ques they broke. She gives him the total of $252 he questioned the total she said it's for visitors and the broken stick. One of the them comes into the office at 9:10 and lets them know there was no hot water in 2 of the 3 bathrooms . She asked if he reported it. He said I told who ever came up to the room. When the staff went with them to the room to check the water they didn't have the tap turned the right way for hot water. If there is no hot water for 4 days why wouldn't you contact the front office. People should know how to turn on a faucet. They were charged for one pool stick and he asked his friend if he broke it he said maybe and laughed. Then he joked we didn't have hot water so through the pool stick in for free. One of the Guest said he will miss his flight and she is trying to get Him to pay for the guest fees and the stick. One of them said there was no hot water so we are going to wash all of this. One says he has to go because he is going to be late and miss his flight. She offers to put it on the card on file. First card was declined at 9:19. He said he is going to miss his flight. Then someone came in and said this is ridiculous. 2nd card declined. The one in The black took care of it and thanked her. He texted me and was wanting free nights for the mishap that they caused. They overslept, the car was there at 8:30 to take them to the airport. They didn't want to pay the fees due and couldn't get a credit card to work. Disrespect to our staff is not tolerated.
