Everything in the condo was as amazing as advertised. Easily the best part was the host Racquel. From breakfast to helping find and book activities, she was absolutely amazing to work with. We had a wonderful time and 100% would book again.

Everything was excellent!! The penthouse is beautiful and has an amazing view of the beach. Raquel, our property manager was very helpful and sweet. She offered to cook breakfasts for our group of 7 and all the food she made was delicious! On our second day the building’s water pipe burst and Raquel was communicative on updates and let us know once repaired. Will definitely be coming back when planning a stay in Jaco.

This condo is gorgeous and has everything you could possibly need. The balcony is huge and has ample seating to enjoy the gorgeous scenery and hear the ocean. Raquel’s breakfasts were amazing and she was so kind and helpful!

Better than expected. Great!

Our host was very prompt answering questions and making adjustments to our stay. The day to day property manager arranged all of our excursions and transportation to and from including the airport. We felt very safe and trusting with our arrangements. Compared to the excursions and activities offered downtown and by random taxi drivers. We used the Property’s preferred Chef Sharlton and he was great. Lots of food left over for lunch the next day for about the price of eating out. Great for a family of eight.

Amazing Condo

We stayed here with our family and friends. We also had a nanny and there was ample room. The condo is BEAUTIFUL, clean, and neighbors were quiet. The view of the ocean is serene and the beds were comfortable. Thanks so much!

Perfect Stay with Exceptional Service and Prime Location

Our stay at this property was amazing! We were a group of eight, ranging in age from 18 to 80, and it suited everyone beautifully.Rachel, the manager, is truly exceptional. She was a fantastic resource, offering excellent recommendations for things to do in the area and places to shop for groceries. Since we enjoy cooking together, her tips on where to find fresh fruits and vegetables were particularly helpful.One breakfast, cooked by Rachel, was included with the condo, a real treat. She prepared a traditional Costa Rican meal featuring rice, beans, eggs, and guava jelly—something none of us had tried before. It was absolutely delicious!We loved having access to the Crocs pool, which became our go-to spot after daily outings. Our group spent hours playing basketball, volleyball, and HORSE in the pool—it was so much fun!We explored several local restaurants, and while some were hits and others misses, every outing was a memorable experience. After a tour of Manuel Antonio Park (arranged by Rachel), she suggested we try Avion Restaurant. It was perfect—everyone had a fantastic meal, and it was a welcome break after a hot jungle walk.The condo itself is top-notch, with a recent remodel that showcases the owners’ excellent taste. I really enjoyed the live plants on the balcony and house, which added a lovely touch.Overall, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. From the thoughtful details to the outstanding service, it’s a place we’d highly recommend.

Beyond Expectations!

Our family booked the Palms in 2020, and couldn’t go ;( we were thrilled to have it available for our trip this year. we have never stayed in a place so beautiful, so well stocked…. if we thought we needed it, it was there, from the kitchen to the beach. We needed 5 bedrooms for our adult children and their spouses, each had their own room, privacy galore ! and spacious patio, dining and living rooms. as if wasn't enough, Raquel attended to all our needs, our questions, many many recommendations and booking help! she also came in to clean so we could enjoy Costa Rica. she made our breakfast one morning which was one of our best meals! I cannot say enough, book now to enjoy this beautiful country.

Perfect Vacation In Jaco

There were only six of us but this Condo would have been spacious for 10+. Very clean and comfortable, excellent location on the beach and within walking distance of shopping and restaurants in Jaco. Centrally located for local attractions at Los Suenos and Manuel Antonio National Park. Raquel was amazing, excellent breakfasts of local flavor and a great resource for coordinating activities. Thank you so much for your hospitallity!

Great week getaway, 5 couples!

Great location, about 75 minutes from SJO. Penthouse oceanfront! Very clean, very nice, GREAT deck over looking bay! Having access to Crocs pools was nice. Also local nearby food (Manglers, De China, and many in town). Lots of fun things to do: Costa Cat to Tortuga, Go Wild Adventures Waterfall hike, deep sea fishing and Manual Antonio National Park. We did not rent a car. Shuttles and taxis were fine. Raquel was AWESOME to help while there but also arranging the adventures. HIGHLY recommend!!

Perfection!!

This is a beautiful condo! Right on the beach with a beautiful view!!! Absolutely perfect in every way. We loved our stay and Raquel was friendly and wonderful. She was attentive to all of our needs We had a great breakfast the first morning. They have everything that you would want from all kitchen utensils to beach items! I would highly recommend ❤️

The property and location are great, and Raquel made things work very efficiently. Highly recommended (one suggestion is master shower tile floor is dangerously slippery and needs a mat and/ or a grab bar- same for front entry when feet are wet or water is on floor)

Best Family Trip EVER

Our family of 9 were exceedingly pleased with The Palms 801 experience. Much better than expected! The apartment is very spacious, well appointed, beautifully decorated and newly renovated kitchen, and beautiful views of Jaco beach and ocean. Aaccess to Croc’s pools next door was special treat, much enjoyed by two grandsons Raquel was a gem! She expertly introduced us to various excursions in area, restaurants, shops, sights, plus a chef who prepared dinner for us one night. Having her breakfasts and available for cleaning and answering questions every day made a huge difference for our first trip to Costa Rica. We are now spoiled and want her with us on every family vacation!

Could not have been better.

Property was beautiful and everything we could have asked for plus so much more. And then Raquel made the trip even more special because of the connections she has. Every outing we did, she facilitated. Had outstanding experiences every time at every outing. We can't thank you all enough! Our family had the trip of a lifetime with the memories to share for years to come.

Great condo and hosts!

Our family of 11 spent a week at this condo on Jaco beach. Everything was fantastic. There was excellent communication with the property manager from the very beginning. Racquel was there to greet us when we arrived and showed us around the place and provided information on tours / restaurants in the area. Racquel was fantastic, cooking breakfast for us most mornings and providing housekeeping. The condo is great, exactly as described. The views from the balcony are amazing, The kitchen was well stocked, toiletries and laundry soap provided. Plenty of towels and beach equipment. The location is perfect, on a quieter section of the beach, several restaurants within easy walking distance. The main section of Jaco is nearby (could walk if desired) with many restaurants and a nice grocery. Perfect stay!

Amazing Hostess

We stayed in Jaco four nights. Our hostess hostess was amazing! She has a very outgoing and happy personality that was very welcoming. Her knowledge of the local Farmers Market Thursday Night allowed us to pick-up local fruits and vegetables on our first night. The hostess exceeded expectations by going to the pharmacy when I wasn't feeling well. Our hostess is a gem! Thanks,

We have six rental properties between the United States and Latin America. Palms 801 is easily our favorite and it truly is our favorite place on Earth. There is something magical about waking up and hearing the ocean waves. Palms 801 has a special energy about it that is hard to explain, but nearly everyone who has ever stayed there says the same.
