Just steps from the shore, this charming condo with ocean-inspired decor is the perfect setting for your next beach vacation. Take in fresh air on your private balcony, or relax in the plush living room and enjoy the central air conditioning. The main bedroom and the far edge of the balcony highlight an ocean view! The full kitchen features helpful full-size appliances, a spacious breakfast bar that seats three guests, and essential small appliances like a Keurig coffee maker. Guests of the main bedroom can enjoy an en suite bathroom featuring a standalone shower, two vanities, and a soaking tub. Younger guests will love relaxing in the bunk room. But no matter where you decide to sleep, guests can enjoy access to a shared outdoor pool during their stay.

The room was immaculate. Had all the amenities that we needed. The unit was clean and in a great location. The four floor parking garage made it very easy to get to the room. I would highly recommend to anyone.

Cozy and comfortable

Family vacation

We love the location of the condo building and the pool. The place was clean, and well equipment. It was just smaller than expected from the pictures but we did fine. Spent most of the time at the beach and pool.

Family vacation

We were in town for a cheer competition and an extended family vacation. The arrival process was very easy and streamlined. The condo was clean and well stocked with necessary items. The location was perfect for our plans. The only downside, and not really a downside, was the bunk room was smaller than we thought but everything worked out just fine. We all had a great time and would definitely come back!

Great value

We had a very nice stay at this condo. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were roomy enough. It was also nice to have a little ocean view. My family definitely enjoyed it. My only complaints were that the floors were a bit dusty and the throws on the couch needed “refreshing”. Other than that I’d definitely recommend the place. It was very comfortable.

No more hotels

My family and I have spent roughly 20 vacations and stayed at hotels for every one. After the stay at Waters Edge we will never book another hotel room again. Great communication via texts/ emails. We felt completely prepared with all the little things they include in the room to make you feel at home. Highly highly recommend.

Great location and amenities

Closer to the beach than I envisioned so we were pleasantly surprised. The pool could have been warmer but the colder weather was probably a factor in that. As other guests mentioned-the floors were very dirty. I get that with the beach so close it must be hard to keep clean but they were dirty upon check in and our feet and socks were caked with dirt before we even unpacked or had a chance to visit the beach. Someone needs to scrub those floors between guests. The appear clean but are just covered in dirt and sand otherwise the until was clean, the beds were comfy, the towels were soft and the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. Well definitely be back

Friends Vacation

The condo was absolutely beautiful and very very clean. There were a few cons though. There wasn’t absolutely anything left for us in the condo when we got there. Usually you’ll at least have salt and pepper provided and there wasn’t. There wasn’t even a singular trash bag. We were there for 3 days and had to go buy a box of trash bags just to use one! The last thing that bothered us, was the view outside on the deck. Other than those little things, we had a really great time and we're really grateful for our stay!

OK unit, very run down. Positives, quiet, the beach, the pool. Uncomfortable beds, TV'S never worked, trying to get support or questions answered was very hard. Destin is a nice area, we will go back, just not there.

The condo building was a nice property. The sliding door out to the balcony didn't open very far, it was very difficult to open. The master bedroom and second bedroom both had king beds and were terrible, old mattresses. The master bedroom king had a pad on top of the old mattress which was extremely uncomfortable. We did have to call the property management company once we arrived to reclean the floors, appliances and countertops, which still had some sticky substances on them. The pool area and beach access were good. The condo could use some updating, but the biggest issue were the uncomfortable mattresses. I would not rent this condo again.

Great Condo for Families

We loved the location. Kids loved the bunk beds, pool and easy beach access. Kitchen is well stocked and the en suite bathroom made for a great stay.

All The comforts of home

Wonderful Place to Stay, I loved how the owner if the condo, has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you could have needed at home, It was so easy to cook for my family after a day at the beech. The view from the master bedroom was beautiful and the Bed SO soft, there were even extra blankets in the large walk in closet. My kids had a blast in the Bunk Bed room, and Playing some of the games found in the condo with the entire family. I cant wait to vacation here again.

Beautiful and beachy!

There is so much room! Sleeps 8 without feeling crowded. The balcony is great for breakfast cooked in the well appointed kitchen. Just an elevator ride to the pool and beach. This is our second year - already planning for next time!! ❤️

We had a wonderful vacation! We pick this condo because our softball team was staying at Waters Edge for our softball USSSA Nationals tournament. Great Getaway

The unit was nice and the property itself was great. We loved that the beach was right outside and easy to walk to. There is a pool as well but it has zero shade so we avoided going in the middle of the day. The balcony was cool even though it didn't directly face the ocean. Some of the downsides are that the parking garage is very cramped so large vehicles are difficult to park, each unit only gets one free umbrella and pair of chairs on the beach so you have to bring your own or pay extra, and the bunk room is extremely small so if you think you can fit a couple of adults in there, think again. The biggest peeve though is that we could have booked this unit through Vacasa directly and saved 10% rather than paying for VRBO listing markup.

Property showed “beach” views, which was true, but only from 1 chair on the far right side of the balcony. Little disappointing.

Beach Bliss

We stayed in this unit for a long weekend and loved it! The grounds are very nice and everything about this complex is safe with coded gates keeping strangers out. Living room furniture could use a refresh but everything else about this unit was excellent.

Waters Edge

We've stayed at more than 2 dozen condos in this area. Without a doubt these accommodations were the best for family ever! Spacious rooms, wonderful decor and great amenities (except for no hot tub). The place was exceptional!
