Our family stayed for the week of Aug 1-8 and everyone enjoyed the condo. It’s was an enough spacious for a family of 9 and offered plenty of amenities. The view was great from the balcony and we seen dolphins while sitting outside. The access to the beach and pool was very convenient. This was everyone’s first time to Fort Walton Beach and we all enjoyed our stay. Would definitely come back in the future.

Everything was exactly as stated in the listing. 4 beach chairs and two umbrellas was such a plus to have with the beach a very short walk to haul all the littles toys and a huge pool for use.Kitchen is well stocked for use and condo roomy and cozy for a family.

Love the covered parking and chairs on beach with umbrellas (make note you will need to pay 15 for a tag daily if you want a spot actually saved daily). The kitchen is a bit small for the amount of people it sleeps but, it is very much like most condos in area. Caretakers and home owner are extremely helpful from start to finish.

Property and complex appeared to have good upkeep. But was grossed out first day when there was a roach in the kitchen of condo when we were cooking. Saw one in the condo last day when we were packing up. Hope we didn't bring any home:(Pool is very large and we used it a lot b/c of weather:) Short walk to beach. Beach setting was great:) Saw maintenance people working around the complex daily, but definitely need to step up pest control.

Great view. Spacious unit. Clean. Silverware drawer needs to be cleaned out periodically (crumbs in the holder). Could use some interior updates (bed spreads and couches). Would stay there again.

I appreciate the feedback on the bedspreads and couches. We as the owners, will be at the unit in April to look into the current needs of the unit. Great Location

We had a great stay. Love the location. The beach is beautiful and the pool was very nice too! The condo had plenty of room for us, we had four adults and four kids.

The owners and home managers were all very kind and helpful before during and after our stay. I’ll definitely be back and we’re so thankful that the house was extremely clean. My only suggestion would be to have some extra pillows because my family likes to sleep with more than just one and some of the pillows are very thin. We also like to sleep with fans in each room and there was a box band there so that was really nice for one of the families. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner or drinks and the kitchen table was perfect for the adults to play spades in the kids to play go fish! We’d love sitting on the balcony, listening to the waves, watching the firework shows and looking for dolphins! It’s really nice that you get four chairs and two umbrellas with this booking with the size a lot of money for your week on the beach! It was a wonderful day thank you! Our first couple days were rainy, but we stayed inside and played games and the kids had the best time doing that! It was perfect weather the rest of the week!

Softball vacation

Loved the condo and location! Close to everything but not crowded. Went for spring break 2016 and had a great time! Really enjoyed the beach service which was included in the rental! Very clean and quiet. Would stay again 100%!

Great place for a family vacation.

Beautiful place, pools are awesome, ocean is even better. The only thing thay could have been better were the pillows lol. Everything else was absolutely perfect.

The condo is located in a low rise area. Quiet area. You can find great restaurants, entertainment and recreation all within 5 miles or less!

New leather furniture, HD TV's, full washer & dryer, new beds and most important, the unit is clean and feels like home.

The condo is located beachfront on the second floor with the Gulf of Mexico as your neighbor. Enjoy a morning walk on the white sand beach while the dolphins play in the surf. Swim in the crystal clear ocean water or in one of the 5,000 square foot swimming pools. Surf fishing. Great restaurants are located with 2-5 miles of the condo.
The condo unit also has a covered parking structure as well as a fitness center.
