The house was just as described, if there was one thing that we were a little disappointed with, it would be that the air conditioning did not cool the upstairs very well, fortunately we had taken a box fan with us, this saved the day. We have stayed in SHIPYARD the last seven years and have always enjoyed it, quick access to the beach, the pool and restaurants. Would def. recommend this property

Great first trip to HHI. Home was beautiful and plenty of room for our family of 6. Listing pictures are accurate and lots of extras available for use, not included in listing details. Everything you could need for a beach trip and more! Would definitely stay here again. Pool was very nice & only a short walk. Not crowded. Private beach access was a plus but weekends can be hard to find parking. Would recommend this home for your next trip! Located in Shipyard.

We are a growing family of 9 from Wake Forest, NC. Hilton Head Island has been a place our family has been vacationing for over 15 years. We love everything the island has to offer; from the beautiful beach access, the wonderful shops and restaurants, and the tranquil family atmosphere. We purchased our villa in 2018 and have shared and experienced many memories with our growing family and friends. We put a lot of work into our home to ensure future renters will experience the same care and love we have throughout the years. We hope you enjoy!
