Occupying the entire oceanfront block of Collins avenue, between 23rd and 24th streets, It puts travellers in an ideal position to take advantage of everything South Beach has to offer, while staying slightly out of the fray for a quiet night’s sleep.

The following items are included in the daily $55 plus tax resort fee per condo not person , applied at the time of check in and payable directly to the 1 Hotel and not included in the quote: Pool access, Beach loungers umbrella, fitness centre access, Internet access, 24-hour business centre, free Yoga classes, use of the 1 Hotels Audi etron cars for short trips, the residencies staff on hand during your stay, and much more, great value considering all this. Please be advised you will again need a pictured ID for registration and a credit card to secure spending for incidentals/resort fee. The 1 Hotel will be authorizing your credit card at check-in for $200 per day for up to 7 days. If any incidentals incur, they will be charged to your temporary house account and then settled upon check out.
