Wonderful stay!!

We had such an amazing stay! Everything was spotless, the amenities were excellent!! The service at the hotel was great. The pool and adult only pool were amazing and the beach was so nice!! We were always able to get in touch with our host and they were so accommodating. 💯 I would stay here again.

Great location in the middle of South Beach

Stayed here during a conference in South Beach. Great location and nice unit. Having access to the pool and resort immunities was key. Will stay here again when in South Beach. Joe and Robinson were very helpful and responsive.

Weekend trip

This is the spot to stay at while visiting Miami. Perfect location at the 1 hotel. The condo was beautiful and had every amenity you could hope for. Service was amazing. Everything you read about the property is spot on. Will be staying here again for sure!

Perfect Stay Loved it!

Exactly as described a beautiful clean apartment with everything you might need great location with amazing views. The check in process easy the staff and Host Natalie were very accommodating and friendly, sending lots of information before arrival. The actual 1 Hotel is amazing plenty of pools sun loungers etc, and great restaurants. We will definitely be back soon great experience exceeded expectations.

Beautiful Apartment in a great Location!

This is the best experience we have had at a vacation apartment! Amazing location and views, great hosts lots of information sent before arrival and easy check in and out, the apartment is immaculately clean and very nicely furnished. We love the 1 Hotel its the best on South Beach. We will be booking again as soon as we can.

Amazing apartment!

Stayed here for my bachelorette and had such an amazing experience. The apartment was clean, fully stocked with dishes, kitchen and bathroom amenities, beautiful interior design features and fantastic balcony with view. Looks exactly like the 1 hotel guest rooms. Owner and property manager were lovely and responsive. Would definitely stay here again!

Hello,
I live in central London and the US, of Italian descent, an interior designer by profession with a passion for travel, and fashion.

After graduating from University, i worked in the Hotel industry for a number of years, in hospitality management, and ultimately interior design.

Eventually starting my own interior design consultancy, working on many high end hotels in London, Dubai and the USA.

I care deeply about the environment and try to purchase property that reflects this love of the Ocean the 1 Hotel and Homes has very strong unique ecological policies and is a LEED certified green building.

I also work with conservation charities such as the sea turtle trust in Florida, which is very close to my heart and for the Florida fish and wildlife commission in my spare time.

With my husband Carlos, we invest in only the very best Oceanfront Owner Residencies, in the best 5* hotels as an investment for our future.

We chose this property as its unique and we believe the 1 Hotel and Homes to be the newest hottest Hotel on South Beach, with very eco friendly values.

We love this apartment and it really is a home away from home.

The eco vibe of the hotel and the location is perfect , the largest beach frontage of any hotel on South Beach 600 linear feet of beach frontage.

If you book this property you will get a five star experience and service, you may not get with an agent with multiple listings.

The reason our guests leave such fantastic reviews, is that you have all the facilities of the amazing 1 Hotel and Homes, the owners and their guests also have their own private entrance lobby, and enjoy residence privileges.
For instance use of the Hotel Tesla cars, priority the residence staff at call throughout your vacation, it makes your stay very special.
We also have a great attentive local rental agent who will look after all your needs.
