This deluxe Spanish-style 4-bedroom home offers the best of Bozeman!

Located three blocks from historic Main Street, this newer Spanish-style home offers views of the Bridger Mountains and is across from a large city park. Managed by Bozeman Cottage Vacation Rentals, a local company with over 20 years of experience, it has become a favorite listing!

Upon entering, the high ceilings, large windows, and concrete floors create a solidly built atmosphere. The main floor features an open layout with two doors to the outside courtyard featuring shade trees, a BBQ, and outdoor furniture. The kitchen boasts granite countertops and is fully equipped with new appliances, cookware, dinnerware, spices, and dry goods.

The dining table accommodates eight guests. The living room offers comfortable seating and has a large TV with full cable service upstairs, along with vaulted ceilings.

The main floor contains two queen-size bedrooms and a full bathroom.

Upstairs, a spacious living room features vaulted ceilings and a large TV, while the primary king bedroom includes an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a west-facing deck. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed, ample storage, and a second full bathroom with a tub/shower.

Beall Park is just across the street, featuring a playground, basketball hoop, and event center for rent from the City. In winter, it becomes an ice rink, fostering joy and community.

All Bozeman Cottage rentals include a coffee maker, fresh local coffee, linens, cooking utensils, and extensive local info for food, hiking, and entertainment. We advocate for local economies!

Lovely large home right in the thick of Bozeman. Lovely rooms, well equipped kitchen. Super clean. Will absolutely book again if I ever have a large group. Tough to beat!

The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking. The location was perfect and within easy walking distance of downtown. The host, Paul, was very responsive and helpful in all aspects of our stay.I highly recommend this property.

There is no doubt why this property receives 10/10. The home is magnificent, impeccably decorated and just an awesome space. The host, Paul is also awesome..its the little things..like having extra propane for the BBQ..that thought process by our host tells you everything you'd need to know. I cant recommend this place enough..its in a great location( Close to Main st) and just one of the best vacation rentals we've ever stayed in..Bravo Paul!

Making memories

Loved the house and all the amenities. Close to downtown so walked for shopping, coffee, drinks and dinner nearly every day. Also used the well appointed kitchen and grill to cook in. Highly recommend. Parking is a challenge with the construction down the street but managed to find close parking.

Great Stay in Bozeman

Perfect location to walk to downtown Bozeman and drive to outer areas. Very clean and nice accomodations. Street parking was easy and checkout process easy. Would stay again.

Grand Bozeman Villa

We had a lovely stay! The place is not only clean. It’s warm and cozy with grand spaces. There is plenty of room in this home. I stayed here with three colleagues, and we each had our own bedroom and the shared spaces were perfect for us. we all hung out in one living room, even though there are two. And we were able to have our own space and then come together in the right spaces. Also, the back patio is beautiful and everything was walking distance to this house so easy to access downtown Bozeman let me tell you at night. It is quiet and peaceful and we loved that about This house we were so surprised how big and spacious it was We all agreed we would come back and stay in this villa if we came back to Bozeman! 10 out of 10 I highly recommend!!!

A villa in the heart of Bozeman

My family and I could not have been happier with the house and our stay. It truly felt like a villa. The two living areas, one upstairs and one downstairs accommodated our group (6 adults and 2 children under 6) very well. They were both extremely comfortable. The 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms were just what we needed. The kitchen was also spacious and fit all of us very well. There is a beautiful, large courtyard just off the kitchen which provided an area for the 2 children to explore. Unfortunately, it was very hot during our stay so we were unable to use the courtyard as much as we would have liked. The afternoon sun really warmed it up. Downtown Bozeman is an easy walk from the house - the 3 and 5-year old had no problem making the walk. Downtown has lots of shops and restaurants, an amazing hardware store and a small market. The house was very clean when we arrived and the check in process was very easy. Due to the unusually hot weather, the upstairs was a bit hot, but an AC unit and fans in each bedroom provided some relief. At night we were able to open all the windows and it did cool things off a bit. I would definitely rent the house again (even in hot weather). Lastly, I would just say that the stairs from the first floor to the second floor were nice and wide and not very steep so I felt very comfortable having the almost 3-year old going up and down the stairs. As the grandmother, I'm more apt to worry about stairs than the mother is.

Great property for a Great first trip to Bozeman

We were in town for the spartan race. The property is very close to Main Street was maybe a 5 minute walk if that. I’ve stayed in a lot of houses and this is probably the most well stocked house I’ve ever stayed in. Very roomy clean beautiful home. You won’t be disappointed if you choose this property.

A saving grace

My wife and I came to town with some of her friends for her birthday. Unfortunately, the weather cancelled all of our plans. The house was so cozy and inviting that no one minded staying in and catching up. When we decided to venture out, the location to downtown made it so easy and so enjoyable to explore.
