Experience luxury and comfort while surrounded by the tropics, golf course, and partial ocean view. This amazing unit has a very natural and tropical décor. Features 4 spacious bedrooms (two of them with king bed and two with queen bed), each one with its own bathroom. Provides a comfortable living room, a completely equipped kitchen, and a beautiful dining room. Enjoy golf course, gardens and partial ocean views from your terrace.



Luxury resort built on a development of a 2,300-acre (930 hectare) property with its best treasure, Playa Conchal. This last one is considered one of the most exotic beaches on the north of Guanacaste Province.



This development shares its space with the wonder of nature on land and at sea that invites you to have the best experience of your life; dry forest, white sand, sweat breeze, and delicious coconut water!. Oh! Also the property has an 18 Hole Golf Course, summer stop for the PGA Tour. This gated community with security 24/7 hosts private condominiums, the Westin Hotel and W Hotel.

Besides of enjoying the luxury apartment, our guests will have free access to:



Common areas of the Bougainvillea condominium, with pool, gardens and the possibility of renting a barbecue.



Access to the exclusive Reserva Conchal Beach Club, with direct access to the beautiful Playa Conchal. In the Beach Club you will find a restaurant with a variety of options, a gym and various services.



The Westin and W Costa Rica hotels are located inside Reserva Conchal resort. During your stay, we recommend checking with our concierges about the availability to visit the exclusive restaurants located in the different hotels of the resort.





You will find at the apartment all the necessary amenities for your stay: fully equipped kitchen, bathrooms with towels, shower gel and shampoo, washing machine and dryer ... If you have any additional requirements please contact us and we will do our best to help you!



If you want additional cleaning services during your stay, we are happy to offer them. You only have to contact us so we can share our menu with you.

In case your stay is 7 or more nights, we offer a general cleaning service on the day you choose at no additional cost, it has to be booked prior arrival.

Crib service is available upon request and has an additional cost of $11.30 USD per night

Absolutely beautiful!

The condo was gorgeous and comfortable, with an amazing view. We loved the Beach Club and the amenities. Lots of hiking trails and close to activities. The owner and property managers were super helpful in sharing favorite activities too.

Great location with lots of space

Great location with lots of space. The unit was clean and the views were amazing. We did not have any issues with air conditioning as mentioned in prior reviews. We could control it. Everything was well stocked and we had everything we needed. OCC was very quick to respond to our requests. The beach club was an added bonus.

We are so thankful for everything!

The condo was beautiful, well maintained and exactly as pictured. Our family of 6 (including two children ages 5 and 6) had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We loved the gorgeous beach and two pool options. But what made this stay really stand out as fantastic was our host, Rose. Rose (and her colleague Elizabeth) went above and beyond to help coordinate reservations for us, provide recommendations and make our trip so memorable. Any time we had an issueneeded help last minute, Rose was so responsive and friendly. We are so thankful for everything!

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our six night stay in the condo

Our group of 7 really enjoyed our six night stay in the condo. We cooked a few meals in the well-appointed kitchen. The space is big enough to spread out. The beds are comfortable. Shuttle access to the beach club was easy. There are nice hiking trails on the property with deer, monkeys, iguanas, coati, etc. Note that the 4th bedroom with the twin and trundle bed is very tight if both beds are setup. We pulled the trundle to a different room to set it up which worked fine.

Beautiful space with plenty of room for our family of 8. We rented Golf Carts during our stay to make getting to the clubhouse easier but there is a free shuttle. The unit has a beautiful view and everything you would need in a kitchen to prepare meals. The villas have thier own nice pool and the clubhouse has a pool on the beach you can use also. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

El trato y el servicio de las personas con las que hice contacto mediante mensajes para trámites de reservación y otros aspectos logísticos, es excelente y en general todo el personal es eficiente y atento. El dormitorio 4, sería más cómodo con una cama Queen para que quede un poquito más de espacio, ya que una de las dos camas queda como atravesada.

Quiet and Clean

Great property. Spacious floor plan and very clean. The property manager was responsive and helpful. The property description was misleading in regard to the property’s proximity to the beach. I recommend changing the main picture on the property listing to a picture that is actually taken from the property. (The current picture implies the view of the pool and beach is from the property, but that simply isn’t the case. It was a 10 min drive (through a maze of roundabouts) to access the beach club/beach. Or, an equal-distant drive through Brasilito to access the beach.)
