What a great spot! Great to be steps from the beach. The outside space is amazing! Very relaxing. Although small, it’s very well designed to have everything that you need to be comfortable. I would definitely stay there again!

My husband and I had a great stay in Ptown in this super organized and well equipped unit. From this unit, we enjoyed the quiet bayfront unit's eastern and western views, sunned on the deck and on the beach, swam in the bay, lunched on the deck within steps of the unit without ever going out to busy Commercial Street. When we ventured out, we were right in the East End's Gallery District yet only a few blocks from McMillan Wharf and the Monument. This is our favorite location. The owner has this rental down to a science sending out information right on time, with everything thought of and responds to questions quickly. The units here make a nice community of friendly people. There was plenty of storage and anything we needed was easily found. The unit's furnished with high quality comfortable seating and bedding. We were very pleased with our stay.

Great place

Compact, comfortable apartment. A deck with umbrellas for shade and chairs for lounging. The bay is just off the deck. Great place!

Perfect location, amazing views!

Seconds from the beach and minutes from all the best restaurants, shops and galleries in the East End, the location is perfect. The view of the wharf and Provincetown Harbor from the deck is unbeatable!

Great Location

The pictures in this listing really do not do it justice - the views from each side of the property are totally spectacular. Communication with the owner was very quick and super responsive. Loved it!

Wonderful beach stay in Provincetown

Marianne's property was perfect for our week stay in Provincetown. The beach was lovely for walking and sitting out on. We loved sitting out on the porch for meals, drinks and watching the dogs play on the beach below. The location was perfect for us to walk to everything. We definitely had a relaxing, refreshing stay in Provincetown and look forward to returning next year.

Charming, immaculate and the location can't be beat!

My husband and I recently stayed here and it was one of our best vacations, in part because of the condo. The condo is small but very comfortable and well appointed. The views were beautiful and calming, even on overcast days we sat outside to admire all the beauty. It's in town but just far enough removed that it still feels quiet. We highly recommend staying here. And the owner Marianne was a delight to deal with.

Great location

Right on the water! walk to all the bars, steps to beach that was not crowded. high quality outdoor furniture. comfortable bed. lots of storage. Has everything you need. Parking close by was $40 per night. that was 4th July week though. They were building a house next door and construction was loud during the day in the week. Place was small but had everything you needed. Great price for this location, i would rent again. No A/C was not a problem (I was very hesitant) great cross breeze and good fan.

Perfect condo in perfect location

Beautifully appointed condo in the perfect location. This condo has everything one or two people need to enjoy a vacation in P-Town. The condo is literally steps from busy Commercial St, but it's quiet and right on the beach.

1 Year Anniversary Trip, Better Than Our Honeymoon!

My husband and I just returned after staying for a week at Marianne's rental in Ptown and let me first say my husband and I absolutely LOVED our stay! You are close enough to all the commercial street action but just enough steps away down the street for the rental to also be so quiet, really a perfect blend. We just so happened to check in during a heat wave out on the cape so it was a bit surprising at first that there was no air conditioning, however after the sun went down and the cross breezes picked up it was very easy to understand why the unit isn't equipped with AC....you really don't need it! Now my husband and I just laugh about our small stint of unnecessary panic on our first day. Overall there are SO many great things I can say about the unit. Like other reviews it does mention it is small (my husband and I considered this our tiny home for the week) but it has everything you could possibly need! There was an umbrella for us when it rained, backpack beach chairs for our short walk to the water, and the bed is super comfortable. We were so sad to leave the rental at the end of the week, we really did start to consider it just like home. Additionally Marianne was wonderful to work with and even reached out to us midweek during the storms to make sure we were okay! It was like renting through a good friend. Thank you Marianne for allowing us the opportunity to rent with you. Our first anniversary as husband and wife in Ptown was one for the record books!

A wonderful property located on the bayside, near to town, and sparkling clean. It may be an efficiency, however, cleverly designed to accommodate all your belongings. It’s well-stocked and has everything you could possibly need.

....to relax and leave it behind you.. ..or turn around and take the few steps to where one joins the crowd of life that is P.town. The condo is small, but well thought out..Beautiful light ,sounds, sea breezes... amazing sunrises and sunsets . Maryanne is very thoughtful of her guests..and thinks of the little things one often forgets at home.. It is a sparkling ,little gem of a place.

A wonderful beach experience!

The place is great. Small but really enough for one or two people and you absolutely cannot top the location! The huge deck right over the beach is incredible. Windows on both sides with beach views and waking up to the sounds of the lapping waves... just incredible! The condo was fully equipped with everything you might need (except dishwasher pods which thankfully I had brought). Had a great time in P-town but the best part was coming home to a quiet and beautiful place just off from all the partying and craziness but walking distance to everything. An incredible find that you will not regret!

Wonderful and unique property

We've rented many places over the years and this was one of our favorites. The location was perfect, a close walk to all the action but very quiet and peaceful. The views from the deck were great and the breezes kept us cool even in the heat of the day; the deck furniture was really comfortable and we had many meals and cocktail hours there. The condo was extremely well equipped and was decorated very nicely. We cooked several meals and found the kitchen very usable with quality cookware and utensils. This is a "micro" condo. While that may put off some people, it was part of the adventure (I've always been interested in the Tiny House movement). We found that it was very helpful to keep everything in order, put away the (very comfortable) bed, etc, or the small space could get overwhelmed. It was also worthwhile spending a few minutes when we arrived getting to know where everything was stored (extra blankets, step ladders, etc ) and how some of the furniture worked (e.g., the pullout table). I would highly recommend the weekly paid parking just down the street, which takes away a potential hassle. We found it helpful to bring less clothes and do laundry mid week, but there was enough storage for a more full wardrobe. We were also glad to have brought sleeping masks. The unit is flooded with light which is lovely, but less enjoyable at 5:45 a.m.!

Great Stay! Great Place! Great Location!

The location is great - really in the mix of things, on the water, great views, sand...but just "East" enough to not be crazy and also it is off the busy Commercial St. at the lapping water so really no town activity noise. Place is smaller - but everyone involved with the current craze of micro-dwellings, micro-apartments, tiny houses should visit to see how it is done right - it really works and for two of us! The place has everything you need and it is so designed and organized that you feel like a clean minimalist but yet know you have everything tucked away for any amenity needs. And the deck area is great! And Clean, Clean, Clean! It will be hard to leave this great studio - but try our favorites - Ross' Grill, The Red Inn, The Canteen...and then see it all as all of P-town is great!

Perfiect stay

We loved our first visit to the Cape and were so glad we chose Ptown and the condo in particular.We loved the contrast between the old wharf and the stylish interior which was amazingly well equipped, spotlessly clean and very comfortable with good quality towels and bedding. We had intended to spend the week chilling out but always ended up spending hours walking around as the town is so interesting! Our favourite things were the whale watching trip (go on the 4pm one and catch the sunset), the dune trip (ditto) and simply watching the dogs playing on the beach. Oh yes, and the amazing light and sunsets. Ptown is so friendly and laid back with the added attraction of some great restaurants - our favourite was the Mews just down the road. I can understand why people keep going back!

Just About Ideal

We've been visiting Provincetown almost every year for more than three decades; even got married there in 2008. The shimmering light and the wildly fresh air are the biggest draws, and this perfectly outfitted, chic and clever studio on an old wharf in the East End takes perfect advantage of both. Every detail has been considered: maximizing space with a comfortable fold-down bed, pull-out dining table inside and plenty of deck space right outside; full bay views on both sides, so it feels as if you were floating. Just about everything you'd need is provided; the kitchen is better equipped than many at home. The owner, available by email and (phone if necessary), was gracious in every way. I suppose I should stop, because I want to make sure we'll be able to rebook :-).

Provincetown Oasis

We found this gem to be an ideal oasis in the middle of P-Town, perfectly located to all the town has to offer. Right on the water with perfect views of sunrise and sunset, there were days we found it hard to leave to go explore the town. The unit comes with all the amenities listed and everyhting is user-friendly and obviously designed and appointed by individuals with the goal of providing a great stay down to the finest detail. Everthing was clean and organized and comfortable for the two of us. The deck is great for eating meals, reading, sunning, people watching, and for those cocktails pictured on the site! Just down the steps (with the beach chairs provided) and you are swimming in the bay and relaxing in the sand. I was very pleased when I contacted the owner with a couple of questions and my messages were answered within minutes with a call back. I even received a couple of e-mails checking to be sure all was going well and some great hints about what to see around town. This type of personal attention will definitely bring us back to this great rental. Whether you are a first-time visitor to Provincetown, or this is your 30th year like us, this rental is a real find!

You won't be disappointed!

The condo was everything we were hoping for and more. Because it has so many things going for it, I'm just going to bullet them for you: - The design was beautiful. A lot of time and thought went not only into the look of it, but its functionality. At just over 200 sq. ft., it's not huge. However, the kitchen, living room, and bedroom all feel comfortable and defined when you are in them. And the Mediterranean-blue floor-to-ceiling glass times in the bathroom? Mmmmmm! - The beach is literally down a set of wooden stairs. My bf and I have always biked out to one of the west-end beaches and never thought of sunning "in town." Well, my mind has changed. It's not the exact same experience, but it has it's own benefits. Need the bathroom?...ice for the drinks? ...a deck chair that you wouldn't dream of schlepping across the dunes? "Home" is only 30 seconds away. - Despite being "on" Commercial Street, it's not. It's behind all the hubbub, literally built on the sand, so you get to enjoy peace and quiet. - The unit is wonderfully equipped. We usually stay in B&B's. This was the first time we stayed somewhere with a kitchen that we could use. Even if you think cooking is a chore, remember that you are on vacation. Definitely plan on dinner at both neighboring restaurants (Devon's & The Mews - where I had a lobster risotto that was oh-so-yummy!) but also plan on cooking in a few nights. Hell, go buy a copy of the Lobster Pot Cookbook and make something from there. (Helpful hint: sign up for the Stop 'n Shop savings card when you go shopping and you'll save a mint!) Plus, anything you make - be it b'fast, lunch or dinner, tastes better sitting on the outside deck...which brings me to my last point... - The deck is fantastic. Not only does it function as nature's drying rack for swimsuits, towels, bathmats, etc., but it extends the living space onto the beach. Coffee in the morning, elbows perched on the railing, watching the often-guffaw-inducing antics of the many dogs going about their inimitable doggie ways in and out of the water is my idea of heaven. The view at night - both inland and out to sea (bay?) is also beautiful. Go and enjoy.

Brilliant Break

We'd never been to the Cape before, so flew from London to Boston and caught the ferry across which was easy to do. Condo was gorgeous - compact but perfect - and the location was excellent. Getting up in the morning and watching the sunrise was amazing - as was sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset! Everyone should try the old Post Office for the best breakfast ever. Owner was really efficient and returned deposit promptly. We could have stayed much longer than a week and we will certainly be back again!

Beach Bungalow

The beach bungalow is a terrific getaway. The location is just right - close enough to all the offerings of Commercial Street while still being very quiet and private. The bungalow offers every amenity imaginable, clearly the owner has thought of everything from function to aesthetics. Wether you are out on the deck or inside on the couch there is an up close view of the beach and bay. There is always the option of cross breeze so even on the hottest afternoons I was very comfortable as well as at night for sleeping. This is truly the place to be lulled to sleep by the sound of the waves. The place was immaculately clean upon my arrival with detailed information about where everything was located in the unit and how it all worked. It is a perfect place to stay and experience all the charm, magic and uniqueness of Ptown. I would stay here again in a heart beat!
