Located in Sandestin, is this impressive three-bedroom getaway. Nestled in the heart of this picturesque coastal town, you'll be just a short 4-minute golfcart drive to the beautiful Miramar Beach.

Spend your days exploring the nearby top attractions, including Sandestin Golf Resort - Raven, Burnt Pine, Baytowne, and The Links, all within easy reach. Back at the property, you'll enjoy the convenience of a newly built communal pool, free WiFi, and a washing machine and dryer.

Inside, you'll find a fully stocked kitchen with a stove, oven, refrigerator, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, and all the dishes and utensils you'll need. Relax in the comfortable living area, complete with satellite/cable TV, games, and books.

Great Vacation

We absolutely loved our stay here. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, and the layout was perfect for both family time and quiet moments. The location was perfect and the golf carts made access to everything super easy. From booking to check-out, the owner was incredibly responsive, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely stay again.

Very clean and family friendly home! Everything anyone would need for a family vacation. Golf carts were great for going to the beach, shopping, out to eat and activities in Baytown Wharf.

Absolutely AMAZING communication from the owner. GREAT location with lots to do!!! House is spacious and fully furnished with everything you could need. I'm definitely look forward to our next visit.

Excellent Vacation

Great place and Lacey was great to communicate with! Enjoyed the pool, beaches, and everything was as promised! Would stay here again as its close to shopping, the grocery, and fun activities!

We had an amazing time! Lacee was a gem of a host! She was so accommodating and communicating was great! The place is so spacious and feels so homey and comfortable. The living area has ample seating options, the dining room table is so pretty and was great for game night! The kitchen is nicely updated and stocked though could use a few more dish towels and the addition of a few oven mitts would be appreciated. Dishes were all in excellent condition and cookware and utensils were nice. The bonus room was so cute and made a great place to read! The bedrooms are nicely updated sized and the beds were very comfortable with nice and clean linens. The guest room with the queen bed could be even nicer with the addition of a dresser as it is now there are no drawers for clothes. The guest room with the double beds has plenty of space and never felt crowded with two adults sharing the room. The master room also is a good size and had plenty of closet and drawer space. Both bathrooms were clean and updated and had plenty of hanging hooks and spaces for wet towels and bathing suits.We did use the grill one night and it worked great! The use of the golf cart was great!We truly appreciated Lacee’s hospitality and would not hesitate to stay again!

We had the best trip! The house is beautiful, accurately descripted, and Lacey was a pleasure to work with! We have stayed in Sandestin for many years and always had a great time and enjoyed the properties we've stayed at. This was our favorite trip so far, and the property fit us perfectly. We loved that it had 2 golf carts, which made our many trips to the ocean so easy! I would definitely recommend staying here. We hated we had to leave, and hope to book again soon!

Great place to stay in Sandestin!!

We loved staying here & even though we usually stay directly on the beach it was so relaxing & nice! Getting to the beach was just a short distance & having access to the golf cart tunnel was a breeze! The homeowners were so helpful & the house was nice & clean. I loved the recent modern updates & design. Also loved the convenience of being in Sandestin & not having to drive to get food. So much to do & see right there!!

Spectacular Trip

We had all ages with us from 11/2 to 75 years old and we all had a blast! The house was perfect! We all loved using the golf carts and the owners were super helpful and communicative. We wouldn’t have changed anything.

Labor Day weekend

We enjoyed our quick little getaway to the beach. Love the area!! The home was enough space for my family of 10. We were glad to have a golf cart for our family to get back and forth to the Baytown and the beach but wish there was another golf cart as well. We will definitely use this property again in the future.

Great vacation home!

We had wonderful family time at this vacation home. It was well equipped with everything you need for a beach vacation. We loved having access to the golf cart. There was something for everyone to do at this resort. Fishing, beaching, eating, or hanging out. It is a very large resort and just a tip, get to the beach early. It gets very crowded. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again if we get the opportunity

35 & 40 birthday celebration!

My friends and our spouses took this trip to celebrate our birthdays! There was a total of 4 couples! Everything about this place was perfect. The owner was always available to answer any questions! The golf carts we rented at the house were perfect to go to Publix grocery store - down the road - the beach, and Baytown Wharf (the restaurants and shopping down there are the best! And so close and convenient!) We plan on taking a trip back next year and will definitely be using the same property! Thank you so much!!!!

Fun with family!

Stayed in Sandestin many times over the years but outgrew the two bedroom condos. Needed a three bedroom home for a two week stay and this was perfect. No complaints at all. The place is modern, clean and adequately stocked. We ate all breakfasts, lunches and most dinners at the house and there was plenty of room for cooking, dining and cleaning up. The bedroom setups were perfect for a family of five (3 kids) and a set of grandparents. The property manager reached out to us several times to see how we were doing. Very accommodating. We plan to go back next year!
