This recently rennovated end unit townhome is located right next to a pool, provides interior and exterior water views that are amazing for any getaway with comfortable sleeping for up to 6 people (1 King, 1 Queen, 2 twin bunks) right in the heart of the Emerald Coast. This townhome is close to great restaurants, shopping, and water activities! If you are looking to experience a classic Florida beach town, this is the place for you.

Christian family of 4 that live in TX. We do not rely on a rental management company, but we have a local team in place to serve all of your needs. We are different from most owners/investors in that we actually stay at our property throughout the year, because FL is our home state. This is why you will find the property stocked with more amenities than typical rental properties, and with additional quality accommodation items that other properties won't have (We have rented in this area as well as others across the US). We love this place and we know you will too!

Waves of Blessing (11 Driftwood Unit 18, Miramar Beach), is centrally located in Miramar Beach. It is a quick 1 minute walk to the white sands and emerald waters of Miramar Beach. The one thing our renters tell us and we know is that they love that the property is so close to Pompano Joes Seafood Bar and Grill. Yes you can literally walk 100 yards or less and get awesome drinks and food. This property is also very close to the best shopping (i.e. Destin Commons) in the area should you need anything on your trip. We are happy to recommend places on locals go, as well as some of our personal favorites (Bad Axx Coffee, McGuire's Irish Pub [local], Pazzo Italiano, Merlin's Pizza, etc - See Guidebook) .

No reason rent beach chairs and umbrellas, these are provided for you in our large storage room, as well as a big tire beach cart to get them over to the beach. If you want to get your own floats there is a huge Alvin's Island shop less than .25 mile from the property.
