この愛らしいサマータウンコテージは改装されたばかりです。 すべてが新品です！ コテージは、ピアパークのすぐ隣にあります。 レストラン、バー、ショッピングなどに歩いてください。 上層階から美しい海の景色をお楽しみください。 ビデオを必ずチェックしてください！

私たちはすぐ隣にコテージ11を所有しています。 一緒にレンタルされたコテージは両方とも12以上を収容します。 特別な価格情報については、所有者にお問い合わせください。 カレンダーの可用性については、VRBO 1202332を参照してください。

階下に位置する快適なクイーンマットレスを備えた2つのフルベッドルーム。それぞれにフルバスルームと十分なクローゼットスペースがあります。 マスターベッドルームにはケーブルテレビとDVDプレーヤーがあります。 2番目のベッドルームにはケーブルテレビがあります。

リビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、キッチン、ランドリー、ハーフバスは上の階にあります。 ソファはクイーンの寝台です。 55インチテレビ、DVDプレーヤー、Xfinity wifi。 キッチンには、食事を調理するのに必要なすべてのアイテムが完備されています。

ビーチへのアクセスは、通りの真向かいにある非常に短い距離です。 高層ビルではなく、家の近くのプライベートなビーチエリアをお楽しみください。 ビーチチェア、ビーチカート、傘、テント、ブギーボード、その他のビーチ用品が用意されています。

Great location!

We had a wonderful week with our fur babies. We appreciated that there are many grassy spots around the cottage to walk your pups. The location is very convenient to everything. It's a very short walk to the beach or shopping and restaurants.

Perfect little rental

The house and location was amazing. Having aces's to the pool and ocean across the street was great. Caron was the best hostess she assisted us in every way possible and was the friendliest hostess we have ever had!!! Will recommend this location to everyone as the best little vacay house. We were very pleased and will rent this property again.

Great location! Close to Pier Park and across the street from beach access. Very nice dog beach, walking trails and park a few steps away. Would stay here again.

Great Location

Prior to arrival, the host had excellent communication with the few questions I had. With 2 teenagers, the location was could not have been better. The beach is just a short walk across the street and Pier Park is also a few minute walk. The host also allowed access to beach chairs, which saved a ton of packing room for the drive. The property was clean and well maintained and the ocean view from the upstairs balcony was awesome. I would definitely stay at this property again.

Wonderful house!

We had a great time! We would definitely stay there again! The house had everything we needed. Great location! We loved sitting on the balcony in the morning and the evening! The owner Caron was very attentive! Great area for teenagers! Can’t wait to go back!

Very nice property

Property was very welcoming and comfortable. Enjoyed being walking distance from Pier Park and the beach. Close to shopping and nice restaurants. Our only issue was that the location on the main road made it “Very Noisy” effecting sleep and relaxation. However, overall we would gladly stay there again. Thanks Folks.

Time with family

Having a very special reason to get away with family, staying in Cottage 13 was fabulous, the cottage was very well stocked with kitchen essentials, beach chairs, beach cart. Plenty of towels for showering even have beach towels for use. The location is prime walking distance to restaurants and shopping. You cannot ask for better location to the beach. We will definitely be back.

We love PCB

We are frequent flyerrs of PCB. This was our first time in this home, it was beautiful, and the view was amazing when sitting upstairs on the top deck. Property was described very well, we definitely will be back. On a side not funny story on Wednesday of our stay we decided to buy beach chairs and an umbrella. Little did we know to check behind the bedroom door and there was a closet with everything you would need for the beach

It was all we had hoped for and more.

We loved the location and the walkabity to wherever we wanted to go. The listing and pictures didn't do the actual property justice, It was everything we'd hoped for and more. The proximity to the dog beach was a definite plus, our little guy couldn't have been happier. The host was so helpful; she went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed and she was very quick to respond to our many questions. This property was all we were hoping it would be and more. Since we go this beach every year, we'll be sure to.stay at this property again and again. We highly recommend staying at this property.

Amazing!

This was truly the best trip my husband and I have ever taken. It even topped our honeymoon all due to the home. It was the perfect location and so clean! I brought my own cleaning supplies due to covid but didn’t feel it was necessary. We brought our 2 tiny dogs with us and they didn’t want to leave. I cried my last night here! We are already rearranging work schedules to come back! I told everyone on the beach about this home! The house has everything you need! You can walk to everything but rent a golf cart for the experience. Literally 10 second walk to the beach and the beach supplies seemed well stocked as well. Comfortable beds. I can’t say enough!

Wonderful week!

My husband and I, our adult daughter, her boyfriend and our sweet little yorkie had the best time! The owner, Caron was very quick replying to any questions that I had prior to our trip. The day of check in I received a message from Caron as soon as the property was clean and ready for us. The house was clean and had everything that we would need for the week including a beach wagon, several chairs, beach umbrella as well as other beach items for our use. This house has the best location as it is about a block from Pier Park and right by the dog beach. The community pool was so nice to have and was never crowded. We had the pool to ourselves several times. I have been visiting PCB for the past 28 years (since I was 15) and this is by far one of the best places that I have stayed. We loved not having to deal with parking garages and elevators! Such a relaxing week and watching the fireworks on the beach from the pier for the 4th July was a blast.We can’t wait to come back and stay here again!

Beautiful Cottage

I loved the balcony where you could see the water, hear it in the dark mornings. Just cross the street and there is a public access to the beach. Loved that I could bring my dogs and they loved it too. For senior dogs they had no problem with the stairs. Very comfortable accomodations. Exactly as shown.
