Important Character Detail: To preserve the building’s original coastal charm, the loft ceiling height reaches approximately 5'3" at its peak. Adults will need to duck in certain areas — kids and adventurous guests tend to love it.

Building Access: This is a classic, low-density beachfront building with no elevator. The suite is located on the top floor (three flights up). The payoff? Ultimate privacy and no neighbors above you.
