Couldn’t be happier with this house! Gorgeous inside and out and views of the river were stunning. Perfect for a big group of adults and kids. We had kids ages 11-7 weeks and it fit everyone’s needs and tons to do for kiddos plus easy drive to town. Highly highly recommend and we will be back!

We rented this cabin for a long weekend with 12 adults and 6 children, and it exceeded our expectations in every way.The location is unbeatable. Sitting right on the Toccoa River, we spent hours fishing, relaxing in the hot tub or sauna, and chatting around the campfire.The space worked beautifully for our large group. Everyone had room to spread out, and the common areas were big enough that we could all gather comfortably for meals and games without feeling cramped. The kitchen handled the demands of cooking for 18 people without issue.The hosts were fantastic—quick to respond to questions before and during our stay, and genuinely helpful when we needed recommendations for local spots. It's clear they care about their guests having a great experience.We're already talking about booking again next year. Amazing weekend in Blue Ridge

We had an amazing trip to Blue Ridge to celebrate a friends 30th Birthday. We fished, enjoyed the hot tub, amazing outdoor kitchen and fireplace. Best house in Blue Ridge by far. The setting is second to none.

Excellent Stay

This cabin was perfect for our family. Three generations aged 18 months to 72 years under the same roof with plenty of space. Tons of things to do and the view was unbeatable.

Amazing place

We spend a weekend with family and friends, nice experience , beautiful, beautiful cabin, all beds are comfortable, amazing views, quiet place, kids enjoyed the movie theater, it’s very nice, adults enjoyed dancing in the fireplace spot, during the day is nice to walk around and I really recommend it.

We comfortable fit 9 adults and 3 children, and had room for more. The cabin is very nice and the views are breathtaking. Loved being on the River, enjoyed the ponds for fishing and the huge property was great for exploring. Would stay here again!
