Stylish and full of charm, this quaint bungalow is conveniently located within walking distance to Lake Loveland and 4th Street where you can find shopping, dining and entertainment. Great family stay

This house is central to downtown Loveland on a corner lot. The construction of the house is very well done with two bathrooms and all bedrooms on the neighbor side of the house rather than the street side. There are railroad tracks nearby but I was pleasantly surprised with how quiet the train was when it went by (it didn't go by our first two nights and I hardly noticed it when it did on day 3). I chose the house because it had wood/vinyl flooring and white bedding. Everything was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the house was well appointed with nice appliances, cutlery, cookware and dishware. The backyard is super cute too - a huge plus as it snowed one morning we were there and my kids could run around and throw snowballs back there. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a family-friendly home base in Loveland.

Beautiful home

My family booked this property to stay in while my mom had surgery at UC Health. The home was beautifully updated, large kitchen open to living room area with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bathrooms were updated, one with a walk in shower with grab bars, the other with a bathtub/shower combo. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash were provided along with a hair dryer in each bathroom. Free WiFi and a Roku TV. The couch made into a queen size bed, front bedroom had a twin bed with a twin trundle, one bedroom with a queen sized bed, the other with a queen size bed and large walk in closet. The rooms had a counter top area that could be used as a desk or place to set items. Extra pillows were provided with varying degrees of firmness, along with extra sheets and blankets. Overall, a beautiful property. Management was quick to address and correct any problems. The only negatives I can report are steep, narrow concrete steps to the front door, although there were handrails on each side that were very sturdy. The only parking was on the street, but it was not a busy street, so there were really no issues. The couch was very comfort to sleep on, but the bed in the second room was just a mattress on a metal, foldable base, kind of like a cot - not sure how to describe it. The front bar actually broke the first night we were there causing the front corner of the bed to collapse. Management was quick to send someone over the next day to fix it. Would definitely stay again

Great location!

It was very cute, clean and excellent location! Walking distance to restaurants, breweries etc. very well appointed with kitchenwares etc. There is a train fairly close but thoughtfully supplied earplugs in each room. The main bedroom had a comfortable bed but having two adults in each room may be less comfortable, kids would be OK.

Cozy and convenient! This home had all the amenities needed for a wonderful stay home away from home vacation. Conveniently located, and everything in proper working order. Easy communication with property manager as well.

Great stay for a wedding

This property was amazing! The backyard is huge, the bedrooms are comfortable and the kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. Stacey and the team are very responsive and the house was very clean. I would 10/10 recommend.

Nice 3 bdr, 2 bath one story home. *No tvs in bedroom but was a short stay for us and plenty to do. Nice open floorplan with games and tv in living area.

Wonderful house. Great location to walk to downtown Loveland.

Had a wonderful stay here. House was very clean and comfortable. Kitchen had everything. Conveniently located about 4 blocks from downtown Loveland CO. Walked to several good restaurants. Grocery store is about 1 block away. Felt safe, very quiet. Did hear the train 2 of the 4 days during my visit... but found it relaxing. Excellent value for the money. Fire pit on the backyard is a nice touch. Planning on renting this house very soon !

Property Beautiful BUT Maintenance Issues

The interior of this property is beautifully appointed as well as the kitchen was nicely supplied, however there was maintenance issues. When we arrived none of the sidewalks were cleared and had several levels of ice. When I contacted the office, I was told nothing could be done until morning, to which I replied that was not acceptable. TO Management's CREDIT, the situation was remediated, and I appreciate the snow and ice removal was taken care. The floors needed to be swept which I did do, and the coffee pot had grounds in the carafe. Be aware that the TV is only Roku which means you need streaming accounts to watch most of the programming. The location has ready access to the main streets, which worked very well for our needs. The train traffic was a unique experience.

This was a great place!

This was a cute, with a well equipped kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms which worked out well for our group. The open living, kitchen, dining area is well lit and furnished. We were very pleased with this VRBO rental. The neighborhood is quiet and not far from old downtown Loveland. There is a train that goes by once in a while, but was not a big distraction.

Loveland’s Best

My family and I stayed for 3 nights and it was wonderful. The neighborhood was quite except for the train. It ran through but it was gone as quickly as it came. It snowed while we were there and made for a great time for a snow ball fight. All in all we enjoyed our stayed.

In town for wedding, and great vrbo accomodations

Newly remodeled. Well appointed and stocked w just about everything you could need. Great backyard w fire pit although we didn’t have firewood to use it. Comfy beds. Only thing I think needs upgrades are the pillows. Great location within minutes of anything in historic Loveland and also an easy jaunt to Estes and RMNP. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful!

I really enjoyed this property. One bathroom had a walk-in shower (easier for me), the other a tub/shower. We had our choice of 3 bedrooms. The kitchen is well put together. We even had jigsaw puzzles to put together! I would happily stay there again!
