Spacious Heart of Loveland Bungalow with swingset and large yard

Although completed updated with modern amenities, this home has 10 ft ceilings and a great vintage vibe. Loveland is home to many artists so we have incorporated unique local decor with a focus on Loveland and the surrounding area. Cook a gourmet meal in the fully stocked kitchen with newer appliances. All bedrooms are spacious with seating areas and tv's. 2 dining areas. Open living/ dining area has a desk, ample seating, and many games, puzzles, and books to keep you occupied. Enjoy the large private yard with swingset, grill, firepit, and many outdoor games to use during your stay. We are doing extra disinfecting after the usual cleaning and provide cleaning and disinfecting products for guest use as well. The only shared space is the laundry which we don’t usually use while guests are upstairs. We occasionally stay in the basement but don’t expect guests to do anything different whether we are there or not.

Family stay for two days, the backyard was perfect. Kept the kids entertained and was quiet and private. Inside the home was clean tidy and well appointed for anything that could be needed. Check-in process was smooth as well as checkout. Communication was great would highly recommend for others to give this beautiful home a visit.

The home is awesome. Clean, comfortable and fully equipped with everything you need. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars is because the neighborhood seemed kind of rough. I know the host can’t control that but made me want to check that all the windows and doors were locked.

We lived there 2 years ago while we were building our current home and never had any issues. We are friends with all the neighbors and the police station is a few blocks away. We’ve never had a single issue in the 6 years we’ve owned the home.

Great Spot for Family Stay

We stayed for a little over a week. The house was spacious enough for our family, even to work from home some days. Our toddler enjoyed the toys and outdoor area, and seemed to really seem at home.

What a FIND, especially for a family! We were only two people, but were easily able to host a family dinner! The house was clean. Each bedroom was comfortably decorated, with plenty of extra quilts. There were countless extras not commonly found in a rental, from the many toys and games to a baby stroller. The kitchen was full of utensils, pots and pans, serving platters/bowls/trays, storage containers, small appliances and even a good assortment of pantry base items. The gas stove and oven light very fast! Dishwasher is nice. The updates are noted and appreciated.The living and dining room areas were comfortable, and the wifi was great. Good washer and dryerParking is on the street directly in front of the house, which was always accessible. It's a real neighborhood, full of people walking dogs, enjoying their front yards and generally a quiet area.The backyard is a gem! We enjoyed the gas BBQ very much. The children's play area looked very fun!Directions for check-in/out were clear and easy. Actions requested upon checkout were not excessive.

Spacious home in a good location.

Great place!

My family & I stayed a few weeks back and had a great time in Loveland! The house was clean and very nice. I didn’t stay Indoors much but the time we did it was great! Thank you and would live to come back again! Maybe not for softball next time, just good family fun! Lol

Great stay at Loveland bungalow

My family stayed at Mary's place in Loveland for a week. Everything was excellent. The kitchen was really well stocked. The house was very clean and tidy. There were tons of activities to keep my young children occupied in the down time between excursions. Check in was super easy. Check out process was reasonable and straightforward. A Beautiful rental for a wedding around the corner

This was the perfect property for my family for my daughter's wedding at the McCreery House. Comfortable rooms and a playground in the back yard for my granddaughter.

We fell in love with this vintage home when it came on the market. It is so close to everything and we thought it would be someplace people would fall in love with just like we did.

There is a garden area guests are welcome to access while they are staying when it is ready to harvest.
There is parking on the side of the house for a vehicle with a trailer if you are bringing a boat or jet skis to acess one of many lakes in the area.
