The apartment is, like ours, in the 8 district of Budapest. It is therefore also very central and in a quiet location. In a few minutes you can walk to the new metro M4 and the tram. Many sights and the party miles of the city center are so easy, fast and easy to reach.
Central Station Budapest Keleti pu. is only 1 station away with the new Metro M4. From here - Janos pal papa ter - it is only a few minutes walk to our apartment. We have the apartment again equipped with the latest equipment and amenities to make the guests a memorable stay. In the residential complex there is a lift and in the entrance area a video and camera surveillance system.

Because of the many positive feedback from our guests, we have decided to equip this apartment with 2 KING SIZE waterbeds.
A pyrolysis stove with induction hob is also available as a designer hood, a Geschirrspülr, a washer-dryer, a shower temple with radio and integrated bath ... just to name a few.
In the immediate vicinity there are several shops and a large market hall with typical Hungarian goods. A bakery is just 200 meters around the corner.

If you plan to undergo a dental treatment in Budapest, we will arrange an appointment for you at our friendly dental practice. In a maximum of 9 days (complete implant) you will leave Budapest with a radiant smile. For initial organizational reasons, the initial examination always takes place on Tuesdays.
Arrival on Monday - on Tuesday first examination and meeting - on the following Tuesday everything is ready!
If you prefer a less stressful treatment, you can of course book our apartment for a longer period!
You will be looked after by a modern and young dentist team in a pleasant atmosphere!
If you want to book the addition "dental treatment", simply state this in the booking request! You also get a free chauffeur service with this option!

Die Wohnung ist nicht neu renoviert, die letzte Renovierung liegt abgelaufenen Lebensmittel nach vor 2021. Zudem ist die Parkplatzsituation vor Ort schwierig. Gut ausgestattet war die Küche und der Kühlschrank war groß genug. Die Wasserbetten sind in Ordnung, könnten aber meinem Geschmack nach etwas mehr Druck vertragen.

Beautiful city trip

Location near Keleti train station, if necessary also within walking distance from the city center. Bus/train around the corner. The apartment has everything you need in terms of equipment, two bedrooms, one of which is a connecting room: therefore more suitable for families. The two double beds are waterbeds; a new experience for us, we slept well, but it may not be everyone's cup of tea. Shopping facilities (bakery, kiosks, Lidl) are around the corner, as well as various inexpensive restaurants of all nationalities.

Home base in city

We made the best of an unfortunate home renovation breakdown. Viktor was gracious and sympathetic when main plumbing for apartment complex broke down and leaked into apartment below. Partial repairs were made same day but could not be fully completed due to insurance claims to be adjudicated. Viktor compensated us for our inconvenience and stressful experience. Overall, we were satisfied with the accommodations.

Quirky apartment

We were happy with our stay in Viktor’s apartment. There were plenty of kitchen items which we found very useful. I’m not sure I would call the location truly in the city center but it is definitely central enough.

lejligheden var lidt specielt indrettet med 2 soveværelser, men uden stue ? Men der manglende ikke noget i lejligheden der var rigtig mange gode ting til fri afbenyttelse, pasta , krydderier kaffe m.m. Overordnet god lejlighed, men lidt specielt indrettet.

Très agréable

Nous avons apprécié ce séjour dans l'appartement de Viktor. Très bien agencé, tout y est et même plus, y compris de quoi se dépanner (nourriture )quand on arrive tard le soir. Une supérette très bien achalandée à 2 min. à pied, Les transports publics ( bus, métro ) à 500m. Chaque pièce à son téléviseur, avec console de jeux et particularité des lits à eau :-)) une douche très confortable. La ville de Budapest est magnifique et nous avons profité d'une excursion sur le Danube de nuit. Magnifique ! Beaucoup de plaisir à ceux qui y résideront. Michèle et Sylvain (Suisse)

Ein wirklich tolles Appartement

Das Appartement entspricht genau dem Inserat. Tolle Wohnung , 2 Wasserbetten. Küche mit allem was man braucht. Badewanne mit Dusche. Einfach nur zum weiterempfehlen.

Fast perfekt

Viktor war jederzeit freundlich und hilfsbereit, wenn wir mit irgendwas nicht klarkamen. Obwohl unsere Anreise etwas chaotisch war (Flug verspätet, Taxi nicht da…) konnten wir ihn auch am späten Abend anrufen. Der Freund, der uns in die Wohnung ließ, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Die Wohnung ist prima ausgestattet (wie schon oft erwähnt), allerdings kamen wir, Seniorinnen, mit den Wasserbetten gar nicht klar. Und in den Schlafzimmern ist es sehr eng. Auch, wenn wir das nicht benutzt haben: in den Küchenschränken sind haltbare Lebensmittel sowie Gewürze zur freien Verfügung. Der Freund, der uns die Schlüssel übergab, stellte uns gleich Mineralwasser auf den Tisch, was wir gerne annahmen. Danke auch dafür. Angenehm, dass es einen Aufzug gibt, er hat zwar einwandfrei funktioniert, ist aber gewöhnungs-bedürftig. 😊 In dem Haus ist es sehr ruhig, nur der Aufzug macht ziemlichen Radau. Die Gegend ist wirklich nicht die beste, aber wir mussten nie Angst haben. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten: Discounter, Markthalle, Supermarkt innerhalb weniger Minuten erreichbar. Danke nochmal an Viktor, der stets ansprechbar für unsere kleinen Problemchen war.

Super Wohnung, super Vermieter 👍

In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Super Ausstattung! Verkehrsanbindung auch einwandfrei. Busse, Straßenbahnen und Metro - alles um die Ecke. Vielleicht passt dem ein oder anderem das Viertel nicht ganz. Es ist nicht die Luxusgegend. Mit dem Vermieter hat alles reibungslos geklappt. Absolut empfehlenswert 👌

Prima Wohnung für Städtetrip

Wir hatten Ende Juli 2016 eine schöne Woche in Budapest (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind). Die Zwei-Raum-Wohnung bietet alles, was man sich an Komfort wünscht (Klimaanlage - perfekt im heißen Budapester Sommer, Wasserbetten, WLAN, Unterhaltungselektronik, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Die Wohnung liegt recht zentral an der neuen U-Bahn-Linie M4, Straßenbahn und Bus fahren dort auch, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, Tesco, Regionales) fußläufig erreichbar. Wir hatten nichts auszusetzen.

Great apartment with lots of amenities

We stayed in this apartment in july 2016. From the time I booked the apartment Viktor was very prompt and responsive by SMS and would return my messages very quickly, so good job Viktor and thank you. Overall you don't need to bring anything to this property because everything is already provided, the property is in walking distance to tram and metro and there is a big market and a big grocery store within three minutes of walk. Also there is bakery just around the corner that has thee best ice cream in town. You can listen to radio while taking a shower or use the jacuzzi after a long walk in Budapest. The only downside of the property in my view is the waterbed, I got back pain after two nights and had to sleep on the sofa to feel better. Also not enough English channels on TV except for news channels. In my view this property has enough space for five people to stay very comfortable or six people to stay more friendly. Overall I recommend this apartment to anyone who likes to have a very clean, air conditioned place to relax in Budapest Thanks Viktor See you next time

Sehr schöne und zentral gelegene Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist ein Geheimtipp! Die Ausstattung ist genau wie in der Beschreibung angegeben und liegt über dem Standard. Die Kommunikation zwischen Vermieter uns war auch perfekt und wir können ihn und seine Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen. Danke nochmal an beide für die unkomplizierte Art und eine gute Zeit für Euch! Schöne, gut ausgest. Wohnung in großem Wohnblock

Sehr schöne Drei-Zimmer-Wohnung, top ausgestattet, in einem großen Wohnblock mit Innenhof im zweiten Stock (Aufzug vorhanden). Lage sehr zentral, alles in Laufweite, Kneipen, Bars und Restaurants in der Umgebung, Supermarkt direkt vor der Haustüre. Bei Anreise mit eigenem PKW Parken in Laufweite in unzähligen günstigen bewachten Parkplätzen möglich, vor dem Haus bis max. 4 Stunden am Automaten, teuer. Super Kontakt zum Vermieter, stets erreichbar und hilfsbereit.
