週末の訪問、短期滞在、または少し長い休暇のために、ブダペストの中心部にあるこの特別なアパートを提供できます。

Beautiful historic building in a great area by lots of restaurants, cafes and convinces. Such a lovely big apartment with all of the old world warmth and charm we were hoping for. Communication with the host was great!

Beautiful, well located property!

Eliane’s place was beautiful and cozy. The location was perfect - right next to two metro lines. She had wonderful local recommendations as well. Would love to stay here again!

Lovely apartment

Elaine was very helpful , the taxi recommendation was excellent, flat was very large and had a sense of grandeur as the pictures show. Location is ideal, with the underground and tram system within 50 metres. Loved the little bar on the corner for our last drinks.

Budapest historic flat

The flat's decor and era is a real treat. It has a homely welcoming feel. There is a comfortable queen bed and is most suited to a couple. While it sleeps six, the other beds were far to firm for us or any guests. There is a large and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. It was wonderful having the balcony to enjoy the morning and late afternoons. The trees give privacy from the road and park across the road. There is a large market only metres away and a tram close by. It was mostly quiet at night, although people congregated at the park over the road and could be noisy at times. The area is not suited to someone staying on their own. It felt relatively safe.

Absolutely Beautiful

This apartment is absolutely beautiful and so clean. The balcony was lovely and the kitchen had everything we needed. The location was perfect and easy walking to most point of interest as well as a metro across the road. We will definitely return and highly recommended to anyone.

Fantastic Spot in Budapest!

We absolutely adored this flat! The property owner was a pleasure to communicate with and incredibly helpful with every step of our trip. The place itself is gorgeous and includes easy access to public transportation. We would not hesitate in the slightest to book this location again if we return to Budapest. Thanks!

Charming Budapest

We found the rental to be as advertised. The apartment is a quintessential European urban apartment strategically located and proximate to the Metro, market and other amenities. The host is efficient and timely in her responses and the information provided was accurate and helpful. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

Budapest Vacation

We had a great visit in Budapest for 4 days. This apartment was very comfortable and close to the public transportation by Tram and subway train. This place was located a short 15-20 minute walk to the Jewish quarter and other places such as the Music Academy and Opera. Great historical building to stay in as it was built in 1896 and is a very unique place. We loved interacting with the owner as she was so very gracious and kind to both of us. Her neighbor was also very helpful and her recommendations for Taxi support was also excellent. We loved staying here for these few days in April 2024.

Absolute gem!

Eliane’s apartment exceeded our expectations!! The apartment itself is exquisitely grand…almost like you are living in a golden era! The location is beyond fantastic, a market that contains a bakery, butcher, fresh vegetable and the best part…wine by the liter from a draft, is literally across the street. Two fantastic restaurants are within steps and the metro station is across the street. The balcony was lovely to sit on in the morning for coffee and the evening for a glass of wine. I would recommend contacting the neighbor, Miklos who gave us a delightful walking tour of Budapest with a locals perspective. We will definitely book this lovely apartment in the future!!

Gorgeous apartment with the best host ever!!!

We've been using VRBO for almost 20 years, and this was the most amazing and delightful stay. Eliane (our host) met us as the cab dropped us off....walked us to the front door, went through all the keys, got us on the elevator walked us to the apt. door...opened it toured the house, explained the neighborhood including the Market across the street, the Hungarian restaurant (fabulous), the Italian one on the corner....we were blown away by her total goal to be helpful. She even managed to teach us the whole tram and underground system. We were so sorry to see her go.....but 2 days later she calls us to meet her at the Central Cafe....she was incredible, and we feel we now have a wonderful friend in Budapest. We even found out she had visited our lake where we live in California. She is the main reason we would go back to Budapest. She is in our hearts forever, and we thank her for her honest and outstanding caring. By the way, the apartment was beautiful and always warm, as it was quite cold in Dec. Eliane made sure we were warm and cozy and happy. I can't recommend her and her apt. enough!!!

Grand historic apartment: well-equipped and clean

This beautiful, spacious, sparkling clean, and well-located apartment offered a magical stay. If you appreciate historic charm, you will absolutely love this place. It is really special (the owner can even provide you with its interesting history). The stained glass and the fireplace are just a couple of the amazing touches you'll find here. It is even prettier in person than in the listing pictures. The apartment is not only charming, but is extremely functional. First, of all, it is quite spacious and has a very well-equipped kitchen. The shower and bathtub has plenty of hot water. The clothes washer also has a drying function which is really useful. The apartment is located on a quiet square, but you are within a 5 minute walk to several public transit options. You can also walk just a few minutes and be in a lively university area. There are a couple of markets in just a few minutes from the apartment. I have stayed in many rentals over the years and in lots of different countries--this one is in the top five! You should know that this is an historic apartment so if you are looking for a place with modern finishes and unblemished (boring) public spaces, it may not be for you. But if you appreciate a place that has character and reflects its history, then you will be thrilled with this rental. I do want to reiterate that the apartment was super clean. The owner was highly communicative and helped arrange a wonderful taxi service to and from the airport. When I return to Budapest, I will definitely seek out this apartment. Don't hesitate, rent this apartment if it is available!

Perfekte Wohnung

Toll ausgestattete Wohnung, noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Lage super, abseits vom Touristenstrom, aber sehr zentral neben einer Markthalle.

Sehr schöne Wohnung an toller Lage

Budapest ist eine schöne Stadt und die Ferienwohnung ist an einer sehr guten Lage. Die Metrostation ist direkt vor dem Haus und tolle Bars (z.B Rizmajer Beerhouse) und eine feine Bäckerei (VAJ) ganz in der Nähe.

Perfekt

Eine unglaublich schöne und eindrucksvolle Wohnung. Man fühlt sich in eine andere Zeit versetzt. Die Küche war wirklich mit allem und viel mehr ausgestattet. Wir hatten zum Glück wunderbares Wetter, so dass wir in den "Wanderpausen" den Balkon nutzen konnten. Die Verkehrsanbindung ist nicht zu toppen, Metro und Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustür. Zum Einkaufen bietet sich die Markthalke an, in die man quasi hineinfällt. Leider haben wir zu spät entdeckt, dass man sich dort sehr leckeren Wein zu einem günstigen Preis abfüllen lassen kann. Die Kommunikation mit Eliane war unkompliziert und herzlich, die Regelungen zum Ein- und Auschecken mehr als großzügig. VIELEN DANK!

Wunderbarer Ort in perfekter Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns im kalten November mit freundlicher Wärme aus einem prachtvollen Kamin empfangen - wir haben uns in den grosszügigen Räumen mit den historischen Möbeln sofort sehr wohl gefühlt. Als Ausgangspunkt für unsere Erkundungstouren in alle Richtungen hervorragend gelegen an Metro und Strassenbahn. Die Kommunikation mit unserer Gastgeberin (die wir nicht persönlich kennen gelernt haben) war sehr nett und hilfreich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
