Located in Barneville-Carteret, a seaside resort on the western coast of the Cotentin Peninsula, our villa is situated right on the waterfront at the prestigious Cap de Carteret, facing the Channel Islands (Manche-50).

Designed to accommodate up to 8 people with its four bedrooms, this vacation rental offers all the comforts needed to make your stay as pleasant as possible, including an 8×4-meter heated pool, a bioclimatic pergola, a large terrace, and an infrared sauna. All with unobstructed views.

The vacation rental includes:
