Wonderful stay. Centrally located. Small garden apartment in a historic house. Cute neighborhood with historic houses. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our small dog. Parking in a reserved space across the small street. Fully stocked small kitchen was great for cooking our own meal on the grill one night.

Great location, easy walk into New Hope

We were in town for a wedding, super convenient location, quick walk into town. Easy access, great wifi and cute little place - wife and I enjoyed ourselves.

Always an exceptional stay!

Every time I stay at this fantastic home, I have a wonderful time. Location cannot be beat, a few minute walk gets you to the best of New Hope and Lambertville. The house is truly exceptional; sparkling clean, superior amenities and has all of the cozy charm one would hope for from an historic period home. A must visit!

Relaxing Stay

Took Mom for a short trip to get away and relax. The deck overlooking the yard and creek was so beautiful. Fully equipped apartment and comfortable.

Great Location For Weekend Getaway

The location of this apartment can’t be beat. 5 minute walk to river attractions so it’s close but quiet. The deck overlooking the canal is huge, perfect place for drinks or a good book. The apartment was very clean and well stocked with linens and toiletries.

Another fantastic stay!

This is our third stay at this adorable home. It is cozy, charming, sparkling clean and a quick stroll to the best of New Hope and Lambertville. The property owners are also the hosts, and handle everything with the utmost of communication and caring. The back deck is outstanding, as is the backyard leading to the canal. Amenities galore. So highly recommended!

Happy New year

We wanted to do something for the new year and this was perfect. So close to shopping, food and entertainment. Property has privacy from the street, clean and charming. We'll be back.

I spent a month here and ...

Perfect in every way!

We’ve stayed at the garden apartment many times and we are never disappointed. The space is clean & cozy, perfect for 2-4 people. The location can’t be beat, it’s a short walk to everything in New Hope and Lambertville. Parking right by the house and a back yard and deck that are so inviting!

Awesome location in a great small town PA

Perfectly located nicely spruced up early 1800's property with a short walk downtown and to some great restaurants; just a little further to Lambertville over the bridge. Ideal for a couple or couple +1. Lovely backyard with seating and a fireplace on the main level and a fire pit on the creek bank at back. Well appointed even with a small putting area and supplied putter. Loved it here!

Best stay in New Hope

This was our second stay in the Garden oasis! Cannot say enough good things about it. Would stay here any time we go to visit this area. So charming. It feels like you are miles away from the hubbub, but you are in the heart of town. Best of both worlds! Everything about the process is seamless.

Wonderful

The apt was lovely. We instantly felt at home. We often enjoy New Hope during the holiday season, and typically stay at a B&B, but this apt will be our new normal. Plenty of room to relax, enjoy our coffee and breakfast, and then walk to every place we wanted to shop. Very convenient location to all our favorite dining options. Will definitely come back.

Great location to explore New Hope & Lambertville

Unfortunately, we only stayed one night as I got sick and needed to return home. The apartment is cozy and provides easy access to restaurants and night life in New Hope as well as the bridge to Lambertville. Well appointed and nice patio (with chimineria) and decking which to relax.

Amazing home in the heart of New Hope

Every aspect of this sweet property exceeded expectations; owner communication, sparking clean home, amenities were all fantastic. Being able to walk 2 minutes to the center of New Hope was awesome. I loved the outdoor deck and front patio for entertaining and relaxing in the sunshine. The huge backyard leads directly to the canal, where chairs and a fire pit await. 5+ stars for this sweet and cozy home. Can’t wait to come back again!

Fantastic

Everything was great for a 2 night stay for my friend and I. ( Could have definitely stayed longer) It was great for the 2 of us but sleeper sofas add 2 more people. Brand new bathroom and kitchen. Fantastic deck to have our coffee on in the morning and wine in the evening. AC worked great. Comfortable bed.Very private and quiet wooded back yard w large lawn. The train did pass one time over stream.Pretty flower garden. Parking space across street was perfect- no street parking despite being in town. There are stairs to get to the apartment which is on lower level- could be an issue for someone w mobility issues but no problem for us. Great location, restaurants. Literally a block from the playhouse and river. Saw a great show and even lucky enough to be there for the fireworks display!Shopping great in Lambertville and Peddlers Village.Elliot was fantastic to work with. Communicated immediately. Gave so many fantastic recommendations for great restaurants and activities. Odettes restaurant fantastic if looking for an upscale experience.We hope to return again next year or even sooner! Thank you!

Lovely

Great halfway point to meet my sister in law. We did a lot of walking which was easy because of the convenient location of the apartment. We also enjoyed some times on the deck for morning coffee and afternoon Canasta and Rose`. New Hope and Lambertville are great little towns to explore, shop and dine. If you're an early bird like me I'd suggest making breakfast as things open a little later. Host was very nice, accessible and accommodating. Apartment very comfortable and well equipped. We would definitely stay there again.

A beautiful piece of time

What a fantastic bit of paradise! I am a solo traveler and I couldn't have felt safer in a cozy place. Garden apartment has everything you need and in close proximity to a huge variety of shops. New Hope has got to be one of the coolest areas along the Delaware. I am not one for suburban sprawl and driving back from the city, this was just what the universe ordered. Ease in parking and so much to see in the local area. As a photographer, I cannot express all the fantastic shots of historic and landscape I captured in the early spring months. I do plan on returning to this property; a home away from home.
