The living room features a comfortable sofa where you can relax, a flat-screen TV, and a dining table for your homemade meals. The area also has oversized windows that let in a lot of natural sunlight that brightens the space, making it even more inviting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities. A washing machine is also available if you wish to do the laundry.

The first bedroom is a pleasant room with a king bed, and the other rooms have queen beds. All beds come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure maximum comfort.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

With its great location, guests can easily immerse themselves in Paris's vibrant culture and history while staying at this property.

It is ideally located with the Gare de l'Est station just a 3-minute walk away and the Château d’Eau station a mere 4-minute walk away. This convenient location makes it easy to access all that Paris has to offer.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
