Stay here and enjoy this spacious, 3 bedroom / 2 bath condo with all the amenities that you'll need to call this place home. The updated kitchen is fully equipped to stay in for home cooked meals, if you choose.The Master Bedroom includes a king-size bed, walk-in closet, and balcony access; the Master Bathroom is freshly renovated and includes a double sink vanity and walk-in shower. Guest Bedroom #1 has a queen-size bed and balcony access.Guest Bedroom #2 has a twin bed, with a trundle bed underneath for extra accommodations. This bedroom features a closet full of beach equipment that is available for our guests to use during their stay. The Guest Bathroom also has a freshly renovated vanity and shower.

The condo also has a wonderfully large, covered balcony, newly tiled floors throughout, washer/dryer unit, TV's with cable access in the living room, master bedroom, guest room & Wi-Fi internet access included and two private parking spaces.

The Surf Club complex has a private beach and boardwalk directly behind the complex, heated swimming pool, exercise room, small library, and large deck by the beach for social gatherings. The complex is located within a short walk to several restaurants, including a new restaurant right across the street. Just a short drive from the grocery store, more restaurants, fishing piers/boat rentals and Stump Pass State Park and Wildlife Sanctuary, where you will discover a pristine, uninhabited shoreline for walks and picnics.
