This chic and cheerful, newly renovated single-story coastal villa is located just one house in from Manasota Key's Gulf shoreline and offers a true one-minute walk to deeded beach access!
Set in a peaceful, walkable location on the key, this villa features a private entrance and a large screened-in lanai with Gulf breezes and peek-a-boo ocean views—an ideal spot to start the day with a coffee in hand. The sunny and immaculate side-by-side Sun-Kissed Villas are designed with a bright, fresh, resort-inspired aesthetic.

Each villa includes a temperature-controlled outdoor rinse shower; a fully stocked kitchen with stainless-steel appliances (including dishwasher); large cabana beach towels; beach wagon with Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella; seamless terrazzo floors; stocked bath towels and crisp white bed linens; refreshing central air and ceiling fans; full-size laundry; a gas BBQ grill; Delta bath fixtures; and coordinated décor with cheerful pops of color inspired by Lily Pulitzer designs.

Great location

Great location and nicely sized rental. Plenty of beach chairs and other items in the small shed out back. Short walk to the beach. Be prepared to bring your own toilet paper and trash bags.

Nice rental

Property was very clean and comfortable. Host had it well stocked with bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs(4), umbrella and blanket all in a wagon to take to beach (5 min walk).Washer, dryer available with detergent. Very quiet location (off season visit).

Adorable little cottage

First of all, the place was so clean! Nothing beats coming into a clean home! Well equipped. Has beach chairs, wagons, toys, umbrellas etc. fantastic location, 5 min walk to the beach.
