You'll be able to walk to the white sand beach, the Anna Maria Island trolley, and the many shops and restaurants of Pine Avenue from this single-level home in Holmes Beach. This property is also less than 20 miles from a variety of other popular, local attractions including the Anna Maria City Pier, the Riverwalk, Smugglers Cove Adventure Golf, and Emerson Point Preserve. Come home from days spent swimming, sunbathing, and sightseeing to find your very own backyard pool, a spillover spa, and a fenced terrace for dining and lounging outdoors.
This home occupies one side of a duplex, with the air-conditioned living space all on the ground floor for ease of access. Upon entering, you'll be greeted by cool tile floors, plush seating, and a wall-mounted TV in the living room. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for two, and it flows into a separate dining room with seating for four and a view of the pool terrace. Out front, you'll have access to a gas grill (which is shared with the other side of the duplex); out back on the patio, you'll find your private pool, spa, and outdoor seating for lounging and dining. Additional amenities include high-speed WiFi throughout the home and an en suite bathroom paired with each of the two bedrooms.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
